Jabari gripped Adobe by the shoulders and forced him to stand. Adobe swayed slightly on his weak legs. Jabari reached down and picked up Adobes spear.
"I want you to stab that beast with until you realize you are a man" .Jabari placed the spear in Adobes hand and curled his fingers around it.
"When your done hide it under the quiver tree, ill come back first thing in the morning to check" Jabari's voice was flat and emotionless, it scared Adobe whos voice was still shaking. "What do you mean you'll be back first thing in the morning, just stay and watch" Jabari avoided eye contact with his younger brother. "Your walking home yourself" Jabari picked up his spear and began the long trudge back to the hut. Adobe stood frozen in the spot where Jabari left him.
