Aaron starts letting people in and hugging and dapping them. The little kids start playing with Brielle and Adrian and the adult is telling Aaron what a great job he did with the house decoration. He takes the pizza and the cake out and put them on the table. After the cake cools, he put the cake on top of each other. Aaron starts playing music on the speaker and let it play. As of right now, Breanna is thirty minutes late, and she is not picking up her phone.
She's probably driving. He thought then put his phone in his pocket.
Aaron put the juices and sodas in the cooler on the floor, and everyone decides to eat first before doing the game activities. As far as Aaron can tell, everyone seems to be having a pretty good time.
"When Breanna gets here and finished decorating the cake we gonna sing happy birthday to Bri and Adrian," Aaron announced to the people in the house, and they all nodded.
Aaron sees his mother walking through the door and Aaron goes to hug her.
"Hey, mama. Glad you could make it."
"I wouldn't miss it for the world." She smiled. "Now where are my precious grandbabies?"
"They are over there." He pointed while smiling. "Let me take those bags off your hands, ma."
Aaron's mother passes the birthday bags to Aaron, and he put them on the table with the rest of the birthday gifts are.
"Damn, Bre. Where the fuck are you?" He mumbled as he shook his head.
All the cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews come to the birthday party to celebrate with the twins, and Aaron is grateful for them. Moment later, the kids are still playing as the adult is waiting for Breanna to get there.
"I'm so sorry I'm late." Breanna walked in the house and hugged everyone and thanked them for coming.
Aaron looks at her with a scowl on his face.
"Where were you?"
"At the store. I was just picking up some things for the twins and had to buy stuff to decorate the cake." She smiled and kissed his cheek. "I was driving when you called me. Now, let me do my magic on this cake. Thank you for doing all of this."
"Yeah, no problem. They are my kids too. I would do anything for them."
"I know. That's why I love you so much." She smiled.
"I love you too."
Aaron slightly rolls his eyes as he goes in the refrigerator and gets the beer out. He opens it and begins to drink it. First, she is late for the twins birthday party, and she comes in the house like everything is fine. It's like Breanna is slowly pushing him away but wants to say all these sweet things for him to not notice what is really going on.
Aaron loves Breanna, but Aaron is slowly questioning Breanna's love for him. She is lying to him more and more every day, and Aaron has yet to notice it, so he starts drinking the beer to stop him for saying what's really on his mind and waits for it to be over before he talks to her. After Breanna finished decorating the cake, everyone gathers around the table looking at the cake.
