Aaron decides to go to his mother's house while Breanna stays at the house with the kids. Aaron walks in his mother's house.
"I think I'm losing Bre, and I don't know what to do."
"Have you talk to her about it?"
"Yeah, I have but she dodging my questions and keep sweet-talking me, so I won't figure out what's going on."
"Maybe it just a phrase. I highly doubt that the girl is cheating on you."
"Are you sure, mom cause she has been acting way too different and she comes homes late?"
"Acting different like how? She got to work to provide for yall."
"But the hours she works are a little extreme. She is super active. she's moody and snappy. Sometimes she sad and don't want to talk."
"Is she pregnant?"
"I ask her that question, and she told me no."
"I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Just continue to be there for her and support her in every way."
"How am I suppose to help or support her if I don't know what's wrong?"
"Just have faith that she will come around and tell you what's wrong. Don't force it."
"Okay, thanks, mom. You got any of that Apple Pie?"
"Yeah."
"Where is it at?"
"In the refrigerator, I'll get it."
"Nah, mom. You sit down. I will get it." Aaron smiled at her as he went to the refrigerator.
He gets the apple pie out and cut him a slice then eats it, enjoying every bit.
"This is so good, ma."
"Thanks, baby. It was your dad's favorite." She smiled softly.
Aaron spends a little more time with his mother before leaving her. Meanwhile, Breanna is on the phone talking to the man with the strange number that Aaron knows about.
"You are really good at hiding this."
"Tell me about it. Every lie I said to him he ended up believing it. I don't deserve him at all." She stressed.
"Do you think that you need to tell him what is going on and what you have been doing?"
"No, then he will leave me for sure. That's why I'm leaving. I just don't have to strength to do it. I'm not ready yet, and what are you talking about? I haven't been doing anything."
"What do you call this?"
"Two friends talking."
"Yeah, but look at the shit you been telling me and you have yet to tell your husband. Hell, you act like I'm your husband sometimes."
Breanna chuckle and shakes her head.
"That's not true. You are just easy to talk to, and I know that you won't judge me."
"That's what it feels like and your husband is not going to judge you, Bre. He loves you and wants to be there for you. If you decide to leave them then I will be there to help you every step of the way."
"It was your idea in the first place. You were encouraging me to do this."
"Yes, but that was when I thought you was gonna tell the man about this, Breanna."
"You don't know Aaron as I do. Sometimes I'll be scared of what his reaction will be if I told him. I just gonna leave him before he'll be saying I want a divorce."
"So you whether take the easy way out instead of facing it head-on?"
"Yeah."
"Well okay. If that what you wanna do then do it. I will help you with your moves and everything cause you do need to fix it."
"I know. I'm doing this for them. It might not look like it right now, but I am. They will be fine without me for a while."
"Are you sure about that?"
"Yes, positive. Aaron is a great father to our kids. I can't believe I'm about to do this, but it's for the best."
"Just don't wait too long cause the more you wait the harder it will be to leave them."
"I know. I'll call you back. Adrian is crying."
"Okay."
Breanna hangs up the phone and picks up Adrian then coddles him.
"You hungry, baby boy, or you just want me to hold you?"
Adrian looks at Breanna as he plays with her necklace while giggling.
"Ma Ma." Adrian cooed as he clapped his hands.
She pecks on his lips as tears roll down her cheek.
"I love you, Aaron and I want to take good care of your sister when I go."
Adrian looks at her like he understands her.
"And please make sure that you look out for your dad too."
This will be the hardest decision she will have to make choosing between her family and what's best for her, so she chose herself and hope that she made the best decision for all of them.
Next chapter gonna be a date night for them, and Bre's cousin gonna watch their kids.
