Drew lends me a hand to help me up from where I had been. Buddy stands up and waits for us to start walking right by my side. I smile down at him and pat him on the head. His tongue lolls out the side of his mouth as he looks up at me.

Once we've gathered our things and set the pace back towards the warehouse everyone groups together. "Okay, so," I begin, "What we'll do is try to find the clearest way into the warehouse first. Then, we go straight for the weapons and supplies. We're running low on bullets, so make sure you get enough for everyone. If Infected do end up getting in your way just use your daggers. We don't want to make too much noise." I say around to everyone.

"We're going to the warehouse for supplies?" Amy says.

I look back at her a little to my left, "We need the supplies for when we-"

"Travel South to find out where the Infected are actually coming from in the first place. Got it." Amy completes my sentence. To be honest, I'm still surprised she knows the exact plan when she hasn't even heard it before. Actually, she knows everything apparently, so no, I'm not that surprised.

I nod and everyone seems built up with nerves and excitement. The warehouse is full of infected, so for all we know, there could be some kind of mutant Roof-Crawler in there. Once again, Sean and Gabby begin to quickly walk further ahead. Amy walks pretty far behind, but this doesn't really bother me too much, considering she seems like she can handle herself pretty well, even though she's only fourteen. Drew and Buddy walk on either sides of me. Drew on the right and Buddy on the left.

I can't help, but notice how close Gabby and Sean walk, and how they lean in with each other and talk just among themselves. I've come to suspect a few things about them. "Drew," I say to get his attention.

"Jess," He responds.

"How close are Sean and Gabby really?" I question, watching them ahead suspiciously.

Drew chuckles, "You think they're secretly dating, don't you?"

I nod with a serious look. I must have answers about this. "That's exactly what I think." I confirm.

He runs a hand through his hair, "I've been friends with those two for a while, since Sector 1, and they never showed any 'signs'," He uses air quotations, "Of that."

I sigh, before I see them hold hands, "Look!" I whisper-yell.

"What?" He sounds confused.

"Look at-"

"I have no idea what you're talking about."

"Just-"

"No idea."

"Right-"

"Hm?"

I groan in irritation and I grab his arm and pull him closer, I then grab his head and direct him to what I can see. "Right. There." I mumble, his head right beside mine.

"Oh, I see now." He says, trying not to trip over as he leans against me.

"You see?" I make sure.

"I see, Jess, I can see it." He instantly says and tries to pull himself out of my grip, but I still have a firm hold on him.

"I know you saw the first time." I say knowingly. He continues to try and pull out of my firm grip. Even I honestly can't believe I can hold him, considering I was pretty sure he's much stronger than me.

"No. I did not." He lets out a breathy laugh and grabs my arm to try and get out of my hold.

"I also know that something is definitely going on between them two." I say sceptically, still looking ahead at the two.
