Chapter 34 - Epilogue

Leah's POV
12 years later

"Willow please call your brothers to come get breakfast," I say to my 16-year-old daughter as she watches Netflix in the living room. "Theo! Toby!" She screams from the couch. I roll my eyes. "Willow that's not what I meant." "But I'm watching TV," she moans as she pause her show. She is so much like me at her age. "Willow May Dunphy I won't speak again please go call your brothers," I say sternly. "Ugh come on," She says as she gets up and goes upstairs. She has grown into a beautiful young girl and she is really smart too but she is still cheeky and her just as dramatic as she was at 3 she dreams of being an actress and has already got some cameos on TV shows.

4 years after Willow was born I gave birth to identical twin boys. Their names are Theodore and Tobias but we call them Theo and Toby. Both boys look just like their father and are turning 13 in August. Theo is just like me and obsessed with reading and studying he wants to be an aeronautical scientist one day. Toby on the other hand is very active and loves football. He dreams of being a pro footballer which I still know nothing about.

"Kids come on, I made pancakes and we have to get to grandma and grandpas house for their July 4th party," I scream up the stairs and soon all three kids come down the stairs because just like their father they can't resist pancakes.

Alex and Bill got married a few months after the twins were born and had a Daughter two years later, named Erin.

Haley and Dylan had another son at the same time that the twins were born but that was completely unplanned. His name is Zach and he is the twins best friend.

As for lily well she recently got engaged to very nice guy. They have been friends for as long as I can remember. His name is Caleb.

Jo is learning the ropes at Pritchett's closets to take Claire's place when she can no longer work there.

Gale ended up marrying Sophie. I know weird right! What can I say after my wedding they kinda connected. They had two kids after that my niece Riley and my nephew Micheal. They still live at the resort but we make sure to visit each other as much as possible.

As for Hazel and Brad there son was born just a few days before Willow. They named him August and he is willows best friend and now, much to Luke's dismay, boyfriend. Hazel and I don't mind though they would give us some cute grand babies.

My parents are doing great and have recently invested in a hotel in California so we are going to be seeing them a lot more often.

We live in the same house we bought after Willow was born. We built a life and family here just like Luke promised.

As for my job I got a promotion when Dr. Matthews retired and I am now the head of OB at our hospital. Luke and Phil opened a realty agent a few years ago and it has been booming. They won so many realtor of the year awards I lost count.

The family still gets together every weekend for family lunch or dinner, the table has just gotten a lot more full.

I still can't believe that this crazy journey started of meeting Luke started 20 years ago when I moved to LA to be with him. I can't believe how far our whole family has come and I can't wait to see what the future holds for our crazy modern lives.
