Cheshire Avengers {Re-Write}

Chapter 7

She seems so interested in me, I can't help laugh.

"I love your ears!!" She admires my ears, while reaching out to touch them, and I let her.

"And I love yours!"

She giggles and I swear if sugar had a sound, that's what it would sound like.

"Maya, darling why don't you go out and play, Cheshire and I need to talk." Alice says, and Maya runs out side.

The mood instantly changed once Maya left. It seems the room got darker and Alice has a grave expression on her face.

"Cheshire we have to talk. This is important, I need your help." She tells me.

"What is it?" I take a sip of my tea, and the heat sits in my throat. "You must be truly desperate to come to me for help."

She sighs and looks a bit frightened, but smiles at my remark.

"An old friend I knew in highschool, he had a crush on me, and still does but I'm married."

I nod, encouraging her to finish.

"And he threatened Maya and my parents."

My heart stops. Not the sweet little girl, who could threaten her?

"Do you have a name and address?" I ask her, my eyes glowing and my tail swishes.

"Yes, both." And with that she hands me a paper which I read over.

Bob Seryn
1947 Dapper St.

"Got it." And I flash my grin.

I left soon after that, because her husband would be coming home and be afraid of me.

I was thinking about Hatter, and how he was most likely late, but mostly Bob. He'll pay for what he's done.  I'll be sure of it. But I have to go in secret so no one finds out. Then Furry would surely kill me, or worse, kick me off the team.

I let out a laugh as I smile like a maniac. It's been a while since I got to have some real fun, hasn't it.

I walk along the sidewalk, plotting, plus I need the fresh air. As the cool wind blows through my ears I begin to think. And eventually I come up with a plan that won't fail me.

A few blocks before I get to the tower I review my fool-proof plan.

Phase one:
First, I have to get Tony drunk enough to hack into some system or some shit, so I can get the blue print and if there's an alarm, the code to Bob's house. Honestly, Tony probably would do it without being drunk, but I'm not taking any chances.

Next, I get to sleep, I'll need it, and I'll try to get around 6 or 7 hours. I don't need that much but I don't want to be tired at all.

Phase two (day two):
Now, day two is when I get my gear together, so here's what I'll do.

Since I would have been at the tower for a week now, I'll just say I need a costume upgrade and want to play around with some of the gear, and I'll take it to my room and stash it away.

I may need some spy equipment, so I have to get Tony out of the tower. Since we're out of food, Steve, being responsible will go shopping, but how do I get Tony out for long enough?

I think what I'll do is while he's drunk, I'll just destroy a bunch of stuff and tell him he did it, and I'm sure he'll go out and find a replacement for it.

Phase three (day 2):

Sadly I'll have to manipulate Al, one of the managers.  into letting me into the tech room, while Starks gone, but that shouldn't be too hard to do since it's Al.

Phase 4 (day 3):

At one in the morning on the third day, I'll strike, and I should only be gone for about two hours, so nothing strange. I'll just say I needed a walk and I'm used to getting up so early.

Once I reach the tower, I scan my badge, Happy's all about them and the security people won't let anyone if they don't have them.

And I go to find all the booze I can.

"Hey Tony!" I call out, it's around 11 pm and Steve and I are in the living room watching America's got Talent, and Tony is in the kitchen.

"Yeeee?" He yells back from the kitchen which is ten feet away, and I smell something nice, like a candle, probably Pepper's doing.

"Wanna play a drinking game?" I ask, and I watch him walk out into the living space.

Steve takes his eyes off the TV and eyes me suspiciously. But then he stands up.

"I'm out, and Tony don't drink too much." He says, in a mom voice while walking out of the room.

"I never drink "too much"!" Tony yells at him. "I drink to my limit!"

I smile and realize this may be easier then I thought, and Tony sits down as I go to the cabinet under the tv, which is still going and take out the strongest stuff I could find.

"Ok, here's the rules." I say, laying out the cups and pouring the beer into them as Tony watches excited.

"Hurry up what are the rules?" He whines and I smile. So eager. Perfect.

"So every time Simon-"I start, but am soon interrupted by Tony.

"Who's that?" He looks at me, confused.

"That one." I point out Simon on AGT and he nods. "Every time he presses the X, we take a shot, sounds good?"

"Sounds easy."

"Ok, then let's play."

~Ten Minuets later~

Tony is drunker then ever, and it's only been ten minutes.

"Ok, now can you do something for me?" I ask him, and he nods.

"Perfect!" I squeal. And grab his arm. "So I need you to...find something out for me, sound good?"

"W-wwhhat isssss itt?" His words slide out, and I'm surprised he can even talk at this point.

"This guys being mean to my friend-"

"I DONT LIKKKEE BULLLLIEESSS!" Tony yells into the empty hallway as we walk towards his lab.

"Shhhh! Neither do I! And this guy, he's bullying my friend-"

"WWWHATS ISS NAMEE? I'LL BEAT 'EM UPPP!"

"No no! There's no need for that! I just need the blueprint to his house and I need to know if-"

"PPSHAWWW THATSS EASYYYYY"

I shush him again and open the door to the lab, and bring him to his computer.

"Good, now I also need to know if he had a alarm and if so what's the code." I say as Tony sits down at his chair and logs into his computer.

"Nammmmme? Adddressss?"

I read out the address to him and he types up some stuff. Then clicks a button and I hear his printer running.

"Ooooooo heee hasss a wiiffeee! I woondderrr ifff shess single?"

I sigh, maybe this is too drunk, but I run over to the printer and grab the papers,smiling.

"Thanks Tony, now one last thing, go destroy those two lamps and delete the camera footage from the last two hours." I tell him and he nods and does it instantly.

I smile and watch him destroy two very expensive lamps.

As soon as I get back into my room, I hide the blue prints and change into my pjs, and fall asleep.
