EDITED

"Y/N! Wait up!" You turned to see half and half hair coming towards you, a bag in his hand. His shoes lightly skits on the pavement until he gets to a walking pace, beside you. "I got you something to help you feel better." He smiled at you, holding the bag out. "I could tell yesterday was hard on you."

You smiled at him, taking the bag out his hand, you opened it to reveal a few banana milks, as well as a pen that had a shiba on the end of it. Your eyes widened, "Y-You didn't need to get this!"

"I just want to help you feel better," he replied, his hands going in his pockets. "I know what it's like to have bad days,"  You reached in the bag, grabbing one of the drinks and handing it to him,

"Well, let's make sure today is a great one!" You told him, grabbing one for yourself, pulling the straw off and sticking it in the small carton.

"Mhm," he hummed in agreement, following your actions.

When you both walked in the school, you noticed that a lot more people were watching you two head to class. You couldn't help but squirm, not liking the attention that was brought to you. Why were they all starring? Shouldn't they be worried about their friends? or school?  You entered the classroom, Uraraka nearly tackled you to the ground, "Y/N!" her eyebrows went in a up and down motion, pulling you to the far corner of the class, "Are you and Todoroki.. dating?" she whispered.

"w-what? no! We're just doing the project together, remember?" your face was burning, which didn't help your case at all, but you couldn't help it. You were a bit embarrassed, "The only reason why he came to my house was for the project! I promise!"

She giggled, "You know, he barely spoke to us last year, but now he's always with the group," her words made your face started to heat up more, you playfully pushed her, "I'm just saaayyyinnngg~" she drug out.

Before the conversation continued, Mr. Aizawa walked into the class, "Everyone needs to find their seat before the bell rings." He stated,  a stack of papers in his hands. Once everyone was seated, and the roll was called, Aizawa asked about how the projects were going, who ended up being in a group and who the project was on. You barely noticed a folded piece of paper being set on your desk by your neighbor, who cleared his throat to get your attention.

Once you noticed the paper, you unfolded it;

Do you want to watch the movie today?

You wrote back a simple 'yes' before handing it back to Todoroki. Not even a minute passed before Todoroki sent the paper back;

Your house or mine?

Your eyes went wide, his house? You didn't know how to reply, so you folded the paper and set it in your binder; would your mom even let you go to his house? What if he doesn't have his parents there?  You started to fluster, all the scenarios you started to create in your head about going to Todoroki's house. It's just for the project, get over yourself, Y/N. You started telling yourself, Todoroki is too focused on school to try anything crazy.

A stack of papers was set on your desk, knocking you out of your thoughts. "What is this?" asking aloud, you didn't expect an answer, but you certainly did get one.

"If you and your neighbor focused on the class discussion and not passing notes you would probably know." Aizawa snapped, "Or maybe if you read the paper, you would've saved yourself from embarrassment."

You looked around, hearing everyone laugh as Aizawa brought all the attention to you. With watery eyes, taking a paper, attempting to pass it back. The papers slipped, the sound of paper hitting the floor and scattering made you realize, nobody was behind you. You were at the back of the class.

"Good going you dumbass!" Bakugo called from the front, laughing.

You sighed, getting out of your seat to pick up the papers, thankfully Todoroki got up as well to help you. "I'm sorry he said that," he muttered, glaring over at the blond who was getting scolded for swearing in class.

"It's fine," you wiped your face, "I'm just being a cry baby," you smiled at him, taking the stack of papers from him and bringing it to the front of the class.

"I'm sorry for disrupting class."

~

The bell rung, dismissing everyone from class. You were the first one to leave, since you were still a bit embarrassed from earlier. You made it nearly out of the school when you remembered that you never answered Todoroki, which made you stop, pulling your phone out to text him.

To Todoroki:

Do you still want to watch the movie?

From Todoroki:

 Of course, where are you?

You took this as your opportunity to tell him to meet you in front of the school, you decided that you just wanted to go home. While waiting on the taller male, you decided to text your mom and tell her that Todoroki was coming over for the project, to where she sent a 'k' in reply.

"What the hell is taking him so long?" You muttered, it's been about thirty minutes and Todoroki still hasn't come out the school. You managed to say bye to almost everyone from class, except for Todoroki. You decided to go back in the school, the empty halls making the school a bit creepy. You've never been in this school after hours, it made you feel like you were the star of a horror movie.

When you turned around the corner, you could see a blond pushing Todoroki away from him, "DO YOU WANT TO DIE?!" he yelled, his fist clenching, "YOU GOT SOME BALLS TODOROKI!" he snapped, decreasing the space between them.

"Hey, stop!" You said, "What's going on?!"

Bakugo turned and glared at you, then back at Todoroki, you could tell he was pondering on what to say, but he only tsked, "Nothing." he sneered, grabbing his bag and walking away from the two of you. You watched him as he turned the corner, before looking back at Todoroki, who had a blank look on his face.

"Todoroki? What happened?"

"It's nothing, Y/N, let's just go." he said softly, his hand grabbing yours as he walked towards the exit of the school.
