''Yay my first customer!''

Ebony's POV

The last minutes of school, here I am sat in my stupid English classroom listening to the teacher drone on and on about some poet that I don't even know and do not want to know, I hate learning about poetry don't get me wrong I love writing it so I don't understand why the teachers don't just say ''Right then class write your own poems.'' Intead of teaching us about a poet that we do not even care about??? ''Hey so you had any more thoughts on the concert and sneaking out yet?'' Luke whispered to me, he sits next to me in English which don't get me wrong I am happy about but he keeps asking me the same question at the moment and I don't know what to say. I sat up straight moving closer to him so he could hear me. ''I am defintely thinking about it Luke don't worry but we shall have to see...'' I whispered to him, he gave me a nod, ''Please think about it, I mean it would be an amazing experience for you.'' He begged and I nodded patting his head messing up his quiff gave me a fake 'I'm mad at you now' look at run his figers back through his hair quiffing it up if that is the right term?? ''Don't you touch ma quiff!'' Luke said sassily pushing me slightly, I giggled and he moved closer to me. ''Luke and Ebony care to tell the rest of the class what you are talking about?'' Our boring old English teacher asked, I looked at Luke and he looked at me winking meaning he had got this. ''Oh Miss Walker we were just talking about how intresting this poet is and how great your lessons.'' Luke said saving our butts the teacher smiled at me and Luke and returned to the board, I had to hold back my laughter as I knew I was going to just blurt out laughing. Me and Luke turned around to where Calum was sat behind him, Calum was sat there with his hands over his mouth holding back the laughs him and Luke high fived and I was there just shaking my head and laughing. The bell rung echoeing around the classrooms you could hear the opening of doors and teenagers laughing and talking outside the door, I could also see the familiar vibrant hair stood at the door through the small window on his phone. ''Right then class dismissed!'' The teacher shouted, I grabbed my bag and Luke waited for me, Calum had already got out of the classroom waiting with Michael. ''After you.'' Luke said gesturing for me to go through the door first. ''Why thank you.'' I said in my best posh voice, ''My plesure anytime madam.'' Luke replied copying my accent I pushed him slightly in the chest as we got out of the classroom so ticked my sides so basically I looked like a right idiot infront of the whole corridor but I didn't mind I was having fun laughing.

''Lukeeee stop!'' I squealed and he laughed flinging his arm around my shoulder walking down the stairs. Michael was on the otherside of me and Calum was on the otherside of Luke they both walked infront of us smiling like idiots at each other and keeping looking behind at me and Luke. ''What?!'' I asked them and they both smirked at each other again and said the same exact thing they keep saying in unison, ''Nothinggg...''

I made my way to work, Michael, Calum and Luke all walked me there and then went home. I strolled into the shop making my way over to the counter where the Manager was stood what was his name again? Ahh...yes Ben. ''Oh Ebony your early most be eager?'' Ben asked wiping the counter where some coffee stains had dried up. ''Yea well I finish school at 3:00 so I thought I would come straight here.'' I told him he nodded and gestured me to come behind the counter. ''Right then Miss Williams your uniform was ordered yesterday and arrived the morning it consites of a green top and a white apron and a small cap incoprating the logo and you can where whatvever shoes and trousers you want so them black skinny jeans are perfect! You may go and get dressed in the staff toilets where they will be a locker for you to put your clothes!'' Ben smiled ushering me to go get changed and handing the clothes to me I nodded and smiled taking the clothes and making my way to the staff toilets. I got changed and the clothes are ugly but at least I still get to wear jeans and I don't have to wear these clothes outside of this coffees shop. I walked out of the staff toilets but stopping in my tracks as I bumped into something or someone I looked up and it was Ashton... ''Oh sor-sorry I didn't see you.'' I apoligised stepping back a bit from the tall boy towering infront of me. ''No problem Ebony I see you are already to start work?'' Ashton asked signalling that I had already got ready and everything and he was still stood there in his black Blink 182 t-shirt, male versions of my black skinny jeans and black vans whereas I had white low cut converse on. ''Yea...well my school finishes at 3:00 so I just decided to go straight here.''

''Oh right well seen as it is your first day would you like me to show you what to do?'' Ashton asked running his fingers through his hair. ''Yea ermm...if you could I mean I don't really know what I am doing.'' I nervously laughed you see I am shy talking to people I don't know very well and I think Ashton might of picked up on that... ''No problem just sit on that chair and I will come and get you when I have got ready, oh and don't be so shy I don't bite.'' Ashton laughed motioning me to sit on the wooden chair behind me, I nodded sitting myself on the chair waiting for him to finish getting changed. ''Right then ready?'' Ashton asked placing the cap on his curly head of hair, I nervously nodded standing up and following Ashton to the till. ''Right then so when the customer comes in all you have to say is ''Hi welcoming to Starbucks may I take your order?'' then write there order on this small pad and give the order to me, or I will give the order to you we shall take it in turns taking order. Got it so far?'' Ashton asked, I nodded remembering every detail he told me, he carried on telling me what to do next, ''So then me or you will make to order now here is the instructions on how to make all of the drinks so it will be easy for you but if you get confused just ask me and I'll help, ask the customer there name after you take their orders then straight away grab a cup and write there name on the cup so when the drink is made you will shout their name and they will come and collect the drink. When they have collected the drink say something along the lines of ''Have a good day.'' Usally I just say ''Enjoy the rest of your day!'' and then they leave and then obviously you move onto the next customer so yea that's pretty much it.'' Ashton breathed out, I nodded giving him a smile when I heard the bell ring signalling someone had walked in I paniced. ''Don't worry I will take the first two to show you.'' Ashton reasured me making his way to the counter.

Now it was my turn the third customer enetered and I sighed preparing myself and making my way to the counter. ''Hi welcome to Starbucks may I take your order?''

''Yes can I have one cappochino please?''

''Yes of course what is your name?''

''Amanda'' The lady smiled I nodded grabbing a cup and writing 'Amanda' I turned around and handed the cup to Ashton. ''Not bad.'' He whispered I giggled, standing back at the counter wating for Ashton he came up behind and placed the cup infront of me and whispered in my ear from behind. ''Cappochinos are $2.60.'' I nodded and shouted the lady's name. ''Amanda'' The lady rose from her seat and walked towards the counter. ''That will be $2.60 then please?''

''Here ya go sweetie!''

''Thank you enjoy the rest of the day!'' I smiled as she walked out of the shop I turned around and did a mini happy dance luckily they wasn't a lot of people who were sat down so I wasn't classed as I weirdo. ''Yay my first customer!'' I squealed, Ashton laughed and pretended to bow down to me. ''Not bad for your first day not bad at all.'' He smiled, I had that giddy smile on for the rest of my shift....

A/N: YAYA!! Ok so I am laughing right now cause I literally have just watched the ''Good Girls behind the scenes'' video on youtube which was realased on YouTube yesterday and I finalllyyyy got round to watch it!! If your a 5SOS fan like a mwio then go watch it because I laughed so hard the part where Luke is like ''My hair is usally cool'' and then Calum's like ''No it's not...'' those guys make me laugh so much and when Michael and Calum decide to start making tunes with the megaphones...god those guys make me smile and laugh!!!
