I scheduled his sessions to be at four so that after school we would immediately go to the studio. I'd sit at the corner and watch him play for the whole school week. It warmed my heart at how passionate he was at this, and the fact I made his dreams came true plants an unfamiliar feeling in my heart.

Now, with our somewhat fame every time we walk down the halls people would whisper and some even came up for a picture. Ethan felt very foreign with this so I told him some tips that can help him in situations like these.

I found out that he has anxiety and is very very insecure. He would secretly panic in crowds and now that we're the centre of attention, it got worst. He would run to a bathroom or the nearest empty room to calm himself down.

It pained me to see his breathing rapid and out of control, sweat dripping from his forehead, blinking multiple times trying to calm himself down. Even I was slightly panicking at his state so I would tell him to close his eyes and slowly breath.

After several tries he went back to normal and oh, how it relieved me.

Since we didn't reveal our relationship we couldn't hold hands in public, so every time we walk down the halls he would clutch onto my arm and pretend to look at his phone.

"Ignore everything" I would tell him.

Anyway, Ethan had just finished another one of his classes and we were walking to his house.

"Ah, I can't believe this month is your last month at Cali High" he sighs.

"You're sad about that? What about your piano classes? You only have a few days left of the sessions" I chuckled.

He rolls his eyes. "Please, you were the reason I got to attend those classes. Even though it's a dream come true to even play a piano, I would still choose you over it" he smiles cheekily and I roll my eyes.

"I might puke at how cheesy you can get."

"Oh please, you're only saying that because you're flustered hm? You are aren't you?" he smirks and goes up to my face teasingly. I push him away and we laugh.

Then, he comes up close to my face again, this time with a look where I knew what he was gonna do. He cupped my cheeks and kissed me. I fell into the kiss and kissed him back.

"Wait no" I gently pushed his chest. "Someone might see us."

I expected him to frown upon the fact I ruined the mood but instead he smiled.

"What?" I asked.

"Let's go somewhere" he suggest. "Come, I know a place" he grabs my hands and just as he was about to drag me away my phone rang. We stopped in our tracks and I fished my phone out of my pocket.

"Eve?" I showed the call to Ethan and even he was confused.

"Answer it" he says.

I pressed the green button. "Hello?"

"Ruby! Omg I saw the video" she exclaims.

"You mean the cover?"

"Yes! Your voice was so good, I knew you would make it this far."

I roll my eyes and glanced at Ethan. He mumbled to put the phone on speaker so I did.

"Thank you" I replied.

"I'm your best friend, it's no problem! Anyway, I miss you. It's so sad here without you."

"Uh yeah, I guess."

"When are you coming back?"

"In a few weeks. This month is my last month."

"Oh. Okay then see you!" she says and ends the call.

"That's odd. This is the first time she called me during this transfer programme."

He scoffs. "She probably only remembered you because you went viral. Clout chaser" he rolls his eyes.

I chuckled. "Yeah probably, I never liked her anyways. She always fed on my fame."

"You don't need people like her. You have me" he exclaims proudly.

I smiled mockingly. "Anyway, where is the place you wanted to go?"

"Oh yes, come" he grabs my hand again and drags me to his bicycle.
