Reader's POV
It was 2:30 in the afternoon and my aunt gave me one of her old dresses that she had wore when she met my uncle. It was a royal blue dress with black lace for sleeves. I tried it on to see if it would fit and thankfully it fit perfectly. I picked out my jewellery and shoes with my aunt's help. I was excited to see Reiji again. I had a few hours before the date so, I decided to get a quick shower to freshen up.
Your Dress:
Reiji's POV
I got everything ready the previous day so, I had nothing to do but wait. Every second felt like an eternity. My older brother, Shu, decided to tease me.
"You seem excited."
"Leave you good for nothing deadbeat."
He chuckled.
"I know you like her. Ayato told me that you almost kissed her."
My eyes widened.
'Damn you, Ayato.'
I turned to him. I kept the stern look on my face.
"What do you know about my feelings?"
"If you almost kissed her, it means you were going for it which indicates that you love her. Just tell her how you feel."
"Your giving me advice? Heh. That's a laugh."
"Laugh all you want but, you love her. I hope you haven't come short between your legs. Grow some balls and tell her what is on your mind."
I blushed in embarrassment knowing what part of my body he was referring to.
"Tsk."
"She was going to kiss you back, right?"
"She was starting to close her eyes and tilted her head opposite from mine so, yeah I believe so."
"Then she likes you back which is good. Just be honest with yourself and tell her the feeling that hides deep inside you. I bet she wondering when your going to confess."
"I am a gentleman so, I'm always honest. Fine I will. Just know that this is the only time I'm taking advice from you, lazy ass."
I heard him giggle behind me lazily. I walk to my room to work on my poisons and read to pass the ever-lasting time to 7:30.
