"Woah Patrick!" Alex nudged him awake. They were lying on one of the beds. "I got a really random text."

"What?" he looked over. It was a text from his own phone. He was really confused. He thought he lost his phone so there was no way that he could've texted him. "Who is that?"

Alex opened his phone.

It's me Patrick.

It read. Patrick shivered.

I found your little friend

A video popped up with Tyler strapped to a chair. They both gasped. When they pressed play, Alec was in the video, whipping and torturing him. Patrick was about to cry.

"Help!" Tyler cried. The video stopped right there.

"What are we going to do?" Patrick whispered over nervously. Alex just shrugged.

"I don't know."

They sat in silence for a while. They tried their best to not wake up the others. Taylah was right next to them, sleeping on the couch. He couldn't wake her up. He didn't want her getting nervous and driving them home. They needed to be on a run, just for a bit longer.

The next day, they decided to go to a cool fair that was open down the street. Patrick was happy, because it was the first fair he had ever gone to. Alex bought him fairy floss and he happily ate it as they walked down the street.

"I wish we could get married right now," Alex gushed, holding his hand tightly.

"I know. I'm sorry about this mess," Patrick apologised, chomping on his fluffy pink muck.

"It's not your fault," he reassured. "It's not your fault that you're so hot."

He giggled.

They decided to go on a ferris wheel. Patrick had dreamed off this moment as a little boy. He always dreamt of a picturesque moment like this. They entered the little cart and watched it go up.

"Look how beautiful the town looks from here!" Alex enthused, holding him tight. Patrick's heart fluttered. "But it's not as beautiful as you."

They shared a smile.

But suddenly........the cart stopped moving! Patrick held onto the seat as it rocked back and forth. He heard it creak. It was going to crash and fall! Alex grabbed him by the waist and opened the window.

He held Patrick in his arms as he backflipped onto the top of one of the nearby buildings and landed perfectly into a split. He placed Patrick down and he took a breath.

"Y-You saved my life!" Patrick gushed. Alex smiled confidently.

"You are my life."

But in the corner of his eye, he could make out a figure. It was...Alec! It had to be him because of his bubble butt. He was hiding in the shadows of a nearby building. He looked mysterious and evil.

Alex's voice hitched, but he decided to ignore it. He grabbed Patrick by the hand and they slid down the roof to reach the ground.

"This holiday is absolutely miserable," Patrick frowned. His ice cream had melted. Alex grabbed it and dumped it.

"It's going to be okay Pat," he tried to reassure, but his voice still seemed sad. "We're going to make it out alive."

"I don't know..." his voice trembled. "Alec is a very dangerous man. He's not only good looking but he's also very smart and he knows exactly what he's doing. He's calculating, sneaky but most of all, ripped."

They both nodded in unison.

Little did they know that Alec was listening very closely to each word. So were his gang members.
