    Newcomer  
    Says a circus 
    he wants to hold 
    but scent of smoke 
    lingers near him 
    
                          
    Even scent of smoke 
    puts me on edge 
    I hope what he says is 
    true and is just setting up 
    shop 
    though that is if 
    he gets approval from the 
    Mayor 
    
                          
    Of course the mayor 
    won't just hand out permits 
    willy nilly
