Riley's POV

I sit upstairs while watching Delilah in her class through the window. There are two other mothers up here with me. So I decide to introduce myself.

"Hi, I'm Riley Oliver. My daughter is the one with blonde hair and can't stop bouncing." I say chuckling.
They all turn to my attention.

"I'm Ria. My daughter is Penelope the one in the blue tutu." The mother with natural red ginger like hair says. I look down at her daughter. Wow, a spitting image of her. Then I look at the other mother.

"I'm Callie, and thats my daughter Cassidy-Anne in the pink tutu." She says. Callie points to Cassidy and they both look similar. Both with black hair and freckles.
I smile at them and then instantly a woman comes busting into the class with a girl who I'm guessing is her daughter. She talks to Miss Tea for about 3 minutes until she comes upstairs to where the mothers are.

When she sits down I get a better look of her. Brown beautiful hair, amazing facial features and makeup. Designer clothes, shoes and sunglasses.

"I'm Veronica. Thats my daughter Delilah." She says proudly almost as if she's boasting.

Wait did she say Delilah? I didn't know Delilah was such a common name. We introduce ourselves and point our daughters out. For the rest of the class we are in silence. Except for Veronica and her loud gum chewing and her conversation on the phone.

"Oh I love you too Lukey. Aww no I love you more!! Yeah she's so adorable in her tutu. Aww you're SOOO sweet Lukey." She coos while giggling.

I look at the other mothers. They all roll their eyes and I lightly giggle. Then I stop giggling realizing that she said Lukey. Lukey. Lukey as in Luke. As in Luke Hemmings.

Gosh I needed to stop thinking every Luke is him. I needed to stop thinking about him.

Class ended and I went downstairs to go get my Delilah. I searched the room for her only to find her playing with Cassidy and Penelope.

"Come on Del, we gotta go sweetie" I say softly.

"Okay mummy" she says cheerfully. She hugs Cassidy and Penelope. She then comes running towards me and holds my hand. Gosh I love my little girl. I swap numbers with the other mothers except Veronica. She seemed like pure trouble.

We say goodbye to everyone and make it to the car. I buckle her into her car seat and drive off. About three minutes into the drive Delilah speaks up.

"Mummy. Do you know there's another girl named Delilah in dancing class?" She says happily.

"Yes, I've spoken to her mother" I said stopping at the red light.

"Nice. She seems really nice mummy. She has blue eyes and blonde hair like me mummy" she squeals.

"Yes baby I've realized" I say with a hint of enthusiasm.

"I'm tired now." She says, and with that she falls asleep instantly knocking her head on the car seat.

I look back at her to make sure she's okay. She seemed fine so I drove off. I decided to take her to her favorite food place. Annie's.
I park and realize she was awake. I unbuckle her and take her inside. She sits down and I sit down across from her.

We both order and hear the bell ring symbolizing someone has entered the restaurant. I look up to see the other mothers and their daughters. All except Veronica and Delilah, and I thank the heavens for that. They all take a seat with us and order.

"The girls seem to really get along. Don't you think?" Callie says smiling.

"Oh definitely, they'll be great friends." I say returning the smile.

The bell rings again and I instantly mentally face palm myself. I definitely jinxed it. Veronica comes strutting in with her Delilah and Luke.

Wait woah Luke. I didn't even have to look in the mirror to know my face turned pale. I instantly look down at my food trying not to make eye contact. The rest of the guys (5sos) come strolling in with them.

Veronica instantly spots us and drags Delilah and Luke to our table. I try to look the other way but that doesn't work at all.

"Oh Lukey, these are the other moms at the dance class. Uhm Ria, Callie and Riley." She says confidently.
She said it as if she studied our names.

I don't make eye contact with Luke at all. Nope. But one thing was for sure he was staring at me. I felt his eyes pierce and look into my soul. Yeah, that bad.

"Will you excuse me for a second." I say faking a smile getting up to go to the bathroom. I still don't make eye contact with Luke or any of the guys.

I quickly make my way to the restroom lock myself into a stall. Oh Jesus what do I do. If I go out there I could lose my dignity and break down. Or I could sneak out the window and leave Delilah here and move to Mexico.

But I had to be the mature one here. So I decided to go back out there. There was no way I was going to give up because he dumped me like garbage.

I put my game-face on and went back out there. I made my way back to my seat and sat back down.

"Mummy! Look at Delilah's necklace. Its just like mine!" My Delilah says.
Oh dear god.

"Oh thats nice hunny. But we really gave to get going now sweetie" i say faking a smile.

"Do we really have to go now mummy? Can't we stay a bit longer?" Delilah begs.

"Sorry baby but we can't. Don't you want to see Aunt Ali?" I say sweetly faking a smile.

I wanted to get out of here and the only way that was going to happen is if I convinced Delilah to come.

"Aunty Li Li. Okay mummy lets gooo" she says happily. She goes to hug her friends goodbye and even Delilah 2.0.

I quickly say my goodbyes still not making eye contact with Luke. We grab our things and walk back to the car.

"Riley wait up!" a familiar voice says.

I stop in my tracks while holding Delilah's hand. I slowly turn around still refusing to make eye contact with him.

"Look at me" he says getting closer.

Then I do the impossible and look at him. He still has those beautiful eyes and blonde hair. Practically an older guy version of Delilah.

"I feel like I know you from somewhere.." He says softly.

Great the jerk doesn't even remember who I am. Well ain't that just perfect. Then again its a good thing.

I stay silent. Still looking dead in his eyes. He steps really closer to me. He's about 2 centimeters away from touching nose to nose.

"And I'm determined to figure out who you are. I won't stop until I figure it out" he says in a gentle tone.

I step back and hurry to the car with Delilah.

"Wait..RILEY?! Riley Oliver?" He screams but I'm already driving off.

I drive and don't look back. I'm glad I took those mother classes about strapping in a child in their car seat in the matter of seconds.
