Gun mentally scheduled a visit to the temple to pray for some Devine intervention because honestly it was a little worrying just how much bad luck he seemed to have these days. Of all 50 floors in the gmmtv building, of all 8 hours of his shift the security guard just happened to make his rounds on the 10th floor at the same  time that Off and Gun happened to be... occupying the cafeteria. Honestly what where the Fucking odds!

"Aw Uncle Mew Saweedee khap," Papi greeted the elderly security guard that had caught them in the act. Papi  seemed to recognize the security guard and had wai'ed to him after Gun had sprung away from him and stood by his side as Papi stoop up from the table.

"Aww Nong'Off it's you! I didn't recognize you, how are you doing my boy!" the security guard, Uncle Mew, who Gun had only seen a handful of times before enthusiastically greeted Off like he was his son who he hadn't seen in years.

"Err I'm good khap, how is your nephew ? Is he out of the hospital yet?" Papi asked all the while Gun stood silently by his side.

"No not yet but he's getting better! My sister called me just last week and apparently Little Phon is responding well to the chemotherapy. He was feeling so much better that he even drew you picture!" Uncle Mew excitedly exclaimed. Gun's heart broke a little. How many times had he passed by Uncle Mew whose name he'd only just found out and all that time the man had probably been worried about his sick nephew who sounded like he was  very dear to him. The man had probably been through so much and Gun hadn't even taken the effort to learn his name.

"He did! Aw why didn't you tell me Uncle Mew! I will go visit him as soon as I am back in Thailand , I hope he is  not too mad that I haven't been able to visit for a while" Papi said worryingly. Gun still was trying to figure out how Papi even knew about Uncle Mews nephew when Gun hadn't even known Uncle Mews name let alone that he had a sick nephew.

"Of course he will never be mad! It's all thanks to you that my nephew was able to get the help he needed in the first place ." Uncle Mew hurriedly corrected Papi like the thought of Papi worrying about Phon being mad at Papi was unbearable to him.

"Aw Uncle New now you're exaggerating, I didn't do anything," Papi said with an embarrassed chuckle and Gun was sure that if he looked up he would see Papi blushing. Gun didn't dare look up however. He was hoping that if he avoided eye contact with Uncle Mew maybe he would forget that Gun was even there in the first place and that he had caught Gun and Papi kissing.

"You agreed to take a 6 hour drive all the way to my hometown and drove 6 hours back to Bangkok all in one day when Phon was becoming fatally ill and needed to see specialists in Bangkok. You did all this when I was desperate and had no money to pay you and you still won't take my money! My family is forever indebted to you so please my dear boy don't say you didn't do anything, you did everything!" Uncle Mew corrected Papi with so much love and admiration in his voice.

Gun internally cursed. He literally just discovered that he was in love with Papi, how could his heart handle hearing  how sweet Papi had been to Uncle Mews family. Papi was such  a softie!  The cool and chick Papi had a secret soft side to him. His heart skipped a little beat like it wanted to give up on Gun, unable to handle just how much of a good man Papi was. Gun wanted to find out about all the different sides of Papi and keep them all to himself.

Gun had the brief thought of whether someone like Papi could ever even love someone as selfish as Gun. Did Papi even love him back or was  he just after the physical stuff . Gun decide to push those thoughts to the back of his head however as right now wasn't the appropriate time to be having them.

"Aww Uncle Mew stop its not that big, please your family is not indebted to me. I did it because I wanted to" Papi said sounding like he and Uncle Mew had had the same argument before and he'd said that a million times.
