Chapter Fifteen- Wingwoman~Wingwoman Paradise

Click! Click! Click!

You slowly wake up the next morning to a soundtrack of clicking coming from the direction of your bedroom door. Blinking the sleep out of your eyes, you open them and tilt your head slightly to see Aphmau and Kawaii~Chan standing in the doorway with a camera. They don't seem to notice that you're awake, so you close your eyes again and pretend to be asleep.

"Kawaii~Chan, why are you using a real camera? You could just use your phone!" Aphmau "whispers", but it's so loud that you can hear it from all the way across the room.

"Because this camera makes better quality pictures that Kawaii~Chan needs for her shrine!" Kawaii~Chan says back. "They're just way too cute!~"

You hear another click, and that's when you finally sit up and glare at the two girls.

"What do you think you're doing?" you ask, and you can feel the fire burning in your eyes. They both yelp.

"We were just, uh..." Aphmau starts, but she's unable to come up with an excuse.

"Telling you that breakfast is ready?" Kawaii~Chan says hesitantly.

"Then what's the camera for?"

The two girls pause.

"Oh, um..."

"Katelyn! I need you to kick some asses!" you shout. Aphmau and Kawaii~Chan both scream, turning around and barreling out of the room, almost knocking each other over as they scramble away. You can hear Katelyn's door open from downstairs as she goes to find the two girls. You hear a few punches, and then Kawaii~Chan whining.

"Thanks, Katelyn!"

"No problem, (Y/N)!" You hear Katelyn's door shut again, and then Kawaii~Chan walks back into your room.

"Kawaii~Chan is sorry, she won't do it again," she says, rubbing her arm. "Aphmau~Senpai won't either..."

"Good, I'm glad you learned your lesson." Next to you, you hear Zane start to stir. He pushes himself off the bed, his hair a giant mess, and blinks at you. He looks like he's still half asleep.

"(Y/N)? What's goin' on?" he asks, his voice groggy.

"Kawaii~Chan and Aphmau were taking pictures of us, so I got Katelyn to deal with it for me."

"Mm, smart." he nods. "Now, Kawaii~Chan, get out."

The pink-haired Meif~Wa nods and scurries out of the room, shutting the door behind her. You yawn and stretch as you push the covers off yourself and get out of bed. Zane follows shortly after, ruffling his hair and then trying to flatten it out over his eye again. You chuckle to yourself, fixing your own hair as well. 

You go into the bathroom attached to your room and brush your teeth, put on deodorant, and trying to make yourself presentable. Zane goes into the bathroom once you're done and comes out a few minutes later looking a little bit more awake. He searches around for a moment and grabs his shirt, pulling it on over his head.

"Want to go downstairs? Kawaii~Chan may have breakfast made."

"Breakfast sounds awesome. Let's go." Zane adjusts his shirt and then follows you out of the room and downstairs to where Kawaii~Chan and Aphmau are cooking in the kitchen. They seem to be making omelettes.

You notice Aaron, Dante, Vylad, and Garroth talking on the couch in the living room, so you go sit down and join in their conversation.

"Oh, morning, (Y/N)," Aaron says when you plop down on the couch. Zane sits down next to you, wrapping an arm around your shoulders. "How was your first night as an official couple?"
