A tear drop falls down my cheek, I never thought he would ask me this

I cut myself off, looking down at him
His pleading eyes stares into my damn soul, waiting for an answer
I love him, despite what he's done, I see the good in him and I'm sure he will change now I am carrying his baby
"yes" I cry out
"yes?" he repeats excitingly
"yes!" i answer happily
He jumps up and pulls me into a hug, he pulls away and kisses my lips forcefully making me lean backwards at his powerful kiss, I kiss back as rough, this feels right
He pulls away and looks into my eyes
"i love you so much" he says softly
"i love you too" I say back
"we're together now, that will never change bc it was meant to be, you're gonna be my wife" he smiles, tucking some of my hair behind my ear
I give him a smile back "can you promise me something?" I ask, nervously
"anything" he smiles
"will you change your ways now?" I stare into his eyes
"..yes, I will" he says, he kisses my forehead before speaking up again "now go and sit down baby, I'll clean this glass up" he says as he nudags me telling me to go on, I walk away and into the living room, I do believe things will be different now, I smile to myself, no longer feeling scared
