"Are you sure you'll be alright alone?"
"I'm a big girl. And I'm a big wolf too, like you.
"But what if you get attacked again?"
"I'm going to the hospital, not forest. Nobody is going to attack me. There's plenty people there and nothing to be worried over. It's gonna be fine."
The two girls were arguing, or rather Yena insisted to come along with Yuri, wanting to accompany her everywhere she goes like magnet pulling each other by its nature. Clinging and watching the girl almost 24/7, not wanting to lose the sight of her, to the point that it began to bother Yuri with possessive eyes glued on her. So she decided to visit the doctor alone. Besides, knowing the doctor looks like Yena's late friend causing Yuri to consider of not letting them meet often. Things might go wrong again. Seeing Yena get sad or feel guilty over the past once again is the least thing she wanted to happen in her life.
"Fine then, just be careful, okay? Call me soon if you need me and I'll run to you fast," Yena groaned, she was all ready to go along but letting Yuri leave apparently. She let go of her hands that has been gripping Yuri's arms from around ten minutes ago.
Both the girls are hard-headed and it takes them a while once they start bickering. But most of the time, Yena lose. Just like now.
After Yuri's leave, she took out her phone out of her pants' pocket. Dialing a certain number afterward until the other person picked up the call after around four or five beeps. "Chaewon? Are you busy right now?"
"Not at the moment, why?"
"Can I ask you a favor? Please follow Yuri, she just went out alone and I have uneasy feelings about this..."
"... Why don't you follow her yourself if you are this concerned?"
"It's not that easy, she won't let me to tag along and I'm so gonna be dead if she find me out later. Also, I trust no one beside you and Hitomi, so please?"
There was a sigh on the line before Chaewon finally reply her. "Okay, I'll take this as a job from you so you better pay me well."
"Wha– Aren't we friends?"
"Pardon?"
"I-I said send me your account number," Yena shook her head but eventually come to an agreement with Chaewon. If it means to guarantee Yuri's safety then she's more than willing to pay rather than to letting her go somewhere unprotected.
Yena is still the same old she is, a safety freak. Probably even more than a freak after all the things they went through.

On the other side, Yuri set her foot out from taxi. She brisk walks in the brilliant sunlight that braces her skin with its warmth, cascading onto her silent eye. She was enjoying her alone time outside which she rarely find nowadays, while her feet continue heading to the hospital building.
The brunette took her moment walking unhurriedly in the familiar hospital's hallway alone until she somehow get a hunch of pair of eyes laid on her back. So she turned her head abruptly, looking who's seemingly keeping an eye on her while not stopping her steps. Just then she felt a solid bump on her right shoulder, gaining the other figure she crashed into to stop moving as well.
Sure this bound to happen when you don't look forward while walking, you stupid Jo Yuri.
Yuri quickly shifted to the other figure, lowering her head and apologized right away for her clumsiness. "I'm sorry..." she glance a bit to check who the person is. A tall white man around his thirties, she assumed. "I'm sorry, Sir."
The man keep standing firm, tidying up his elegant suit which slightly being off because of the bump, all while offering an unwavering smile; thin moustache served his masculine face well just above his upper lip. "It's all fine, the fault is mine as well so if you'll excuse me, young lady," he bowed his head, showing his neat slicked back platinum hair while placing his palm on his broad chest. He made his way first, leaving Yuri from the scene.
What a fine and proper man. Yuri internally thought. There's this weird feeling about the man, maybe because he's so polite even to a stranger. Other people would probably snap at her for the bump or just leave and doesn't care at all. Her mind pondered if he's a patient with eyes problem too or not since the hallway only leads to doctor Hana's room.
It wasn't long until Yuri got into the doctor's room. She greeted the doctor while entering, then the doctor gestured to let Yuri take a seat. They didn't talk much and get into the examination right away in the next room, checking how Yuri's eye condition since the last time it get examined. Only to reveal that it get both better and worsened at the same time.
The inflammation has gone, the reddening eye has been healed and Yuri doesn't need to wear an eyepatch anymore because of this. But the refractive error is still there, getting worsened and distorting Yuri's vision even more. So the doctor suggested Yuri to get herself a spectacle or wear lens.
Upon hearing the suggestion, Yuri somehow being reminded of the man she bumped into earlier. And so she asked, "Doctor, do you know who is the tall white man? I saw him coming from here before me."
The doctor questioned back, "White man?" she was still busy stroking her pen on the paper at her desk. "Hmm, you must mean Mr. Lloyd."
So his name is Lloyd.
"Is he a patient too? I bumped into him earlier and I could tell that he is such a good man."
"Oh no, he's an investor of this hospital. He's somewhat a higher-up in police force too if I remember correctly," the doctor stated, her voice still as cold as ever.
"Ohhhh," Yuri exclaimed longer than she should have to. "You seemed to know him well, Doc? Are you two seeing each other?" her devious grin appeared on her face after letting out her assumption.
"Nah, nope. He visits this hospital once in a while, checking things here and there," the doctor shoved Yuri's baseless idea while putting her pen on its case which being placed on the corner of her desk. "Well then, Miss Jo Yuri, I still have my work to do."
But isn't that Lloyd such a decent man, and a quite perfect match for her too, though? The thought still lingered in Yuri's mind while she made her way out from the room. But then again, she knows it's really not her business to think of, though it was such a pity because they would just look good together.

Her finger was such in a rush, pressing a contact on her phone hastily. It took her two tries until the other person pick up the line but she wouldn't protest.
"Yena, I just saw him," Chaewon whispered fast while lowering her head, letting her cap to hide her face completely from the world.
"Him? Who?"
The red-haired girl bit her lips, she felt her throat dries as if something just removed her vocal cords, making her to struggle to speak. Her eyes and hands synchronizing, trembles in fear but fighting her best to stay calm and collected.
"The Mad Alpha."

The story has reached to this point finally. Many things have been revealed so far, and even the Alpha (which is another original character, again) has made his appearance to the story too now.
What will the girls do? And how will this story turn out? It's gonna be more interesting, hopefully. ;)
