"Sabrina please just think of something" Liza begs as she follows me. "Your sister is driving me insane" she adds. I sigh and turn around to face her, "I already told her, I don't want to do anything for my birthday. We're filming plus we're in Alabama its not like they're all going to fly here" I point out. I turn back around and walk to my bathroom to grab my hairbrush.
"I mean they could" quirking a brow at her I shake my head. "If we do something I just want to hang out with you guys. That's it, nothing big" I warn her.
I watch her gnaw on her bottom lip for a few seconds and I prepare myself for whatever argument she's going to throw at me. I've been trying to get ready with her following my every movement and bombarding me with questions. It isn't really her fault, I know my sister is the one who's driving her crazy. Sarah loves birthday parties, she loves giving to others. There's no doubt that she wants me to do something.
"You know if you decided to change your mind and do something big, maybe not a huge party but like a small one, you could invite hottie" she points out. I open my mouth to argue and say that she's crazy however I quickly stop my words from coming out as I think twice about her words.
It's not a bad idea. It could be be one though, it could ruin everything I have with him. Whatever that is. On the other hand, inviting him will mean that I'd get to spend more time with him. Plus Liza will get to meet him and she can stop being a pain in the ass about how I'm keeping him all to myself.
"Oh, you're thinking" she points out as a smirk pulls at her lips. "Did I just get you to change your mind?" She asks with a chuckle. "No" I mumble turning around.
"Look, I'll tell Sarah to get off your ass about it so you don't have to worry about my birthday anymore." Quickly running my brush through my stubborn locks, I run my fingers through it and style it a bit. "Just remember about hottie, it'll be fun if he comes" she winks.
I roll my eyes and moves out of my bathroom. "For you maybe" I breathe out as I grab my purse. "Just occupy yourself with something else" I wave her off.
I grab my phone checking to see if Uriah texting me and as I suspected there's a message from him saying that he'll be here in a few minutes.
"I gotta go but have fun."
"I probably won't have as much fun as you and hottie but have a good date!" I shake my head in amusement and let out a soft chuckle as I walk out of my room and head downstairs to the hotel's lobby.
I politely greet the receptionist before heading out and putting on my sunglasses. Doing the short walk to the bakery where Uriah will pick me up, I take my time to glance around and think about what I'm doing with my life.
Usually I'd invest all my time into this movie. I'd be in my room running over my lines over and over again, figuring out different ways I could deliver them and act them out. Or I'd be staring out my window and writing down how I feel, hopefully coming up with a new song. Yet here I am going on my 3rd date with this handsome sweet guy.
I smile softly and bite down on my bottom lip as I think about him. He's different. I like how real he is with me. He let's me be who I am. He accepts me. Everyone wants to hang out with someone famous but he doesn't do it to get known and brag about how he knows me. He wants to be my friend because he likes me as a person.
He likes me. My heart skips a beat and picks up pace. Does he like me romantically? I hope he does. I'm 18 turning 19 in a few days and yet I've only had one shitty relationship that could barely be classified as a relationship.
I'm not trying to date him just to say I'm dating someone. Whenever I look at his light blue sparkling eyes, my heart flutters and I can't help but imagine how life would be if something were to happen between the both of us. He'd change my life. In a good way.
