Love Finds a Way ( A KionxRani Story)

~Chapter 12~

It took Rani a while to be custom that her lover and the Lion Guard not being in the Tree of Life. It wasn't completely easy for the chestnut lioness, because of she lost of being surrounded someone she dearly loved. 

Makini notices how much Rani was missing Kion, as she said, "I'm sure that Kion would return to the Tree of Life. I know that you cared for each other completely." 

"I hope so, Makini. I really do." The queen said in hoping that Kion would return back to her.

As the days went on, Rani was still trying to not think about what the lion is doing back at the Pridelands.

Kion and the Lion had made it to the Outlands, when Ono said, "I see it, it's Pride Rock!" 

The sensation that makes Kion felt a bit at ease of finally being back at the Pridelands, although he was thinking about what Rani told him before coming back to the Pridelands. 

"I think a great queen deserves a great king. " Kion was thinking when he was running through the Outlands, "I can't believe that Rani asks me to become King of the Tree of Life! I never consider it would be a big deal. " 

Janja and Jasri reunited with their pack and they also got some help by the Outland Vultures as they continue their way to stop Zira and the Outsiders. 

Fuli came walking towards Kion, "You know, this is kind of a weird homecoming, by leading an army of Outlanders to the Pridelands. It'll be strange for anyone to see this." 

Kion looks at the group that was assembled , as he realizing that Fuli had a massive point. Nobody would believe that he would return back to the Pridelands with Outlanders by his side.

He said to Fuli, "I never looked at it from that way before. Anga, do you see Pride Rock from here, is my family ok?" 

The eagle flew up to check on Pride Rock, as to her surprise, she didn't see the royal family, but a strange lion standing on it.

"I don't see the royal family, Kion, but I see a brown lion standing in front of it, and he appears to have a scar on his left eye." 

Jasri said, exclaiming, "That's Kovu, Zira's son! " 

The lion remember Kovu as he said, "It can't be possible." 

The cheetah ask nervously, "Are we too late?"

"We can't give up. " Kion said, as suddenly, a lioness said, "You're not going to invade the Pridelands, Outlanders!" 

They looked up as Kion said, "Is that who I think it is? Is that Vitani?"

Vitani said, "I'm not going to let you invade my home, Ready, lionesses? Until the Prideland's end, Lion Guard, defend!" 

The Lion Guard was surprised, as Bunga said, in a confused look, " ' The Lion Guard?" What's going on?"

Kion asks, "What in the Pridelands-" as Vitani pins Kion to the ground. Both of the guards fought at each other as neither of them were not easily to give up.

Kion was annoyed by Vitani and her lionesses. He was eager enough to use the Roar to send the lionesses back to where they belong.

"All right, I had enough of this for one day. Everyone , get behind me!" He instructs his friends as he was about to unleash the Roar , but then an familiar voice that Kion hasn't heard in a long time shouted , "No, Kion! Stop!" 

To their surprise, it was Kiara who was fully grown, as the pale golden lioness came down towards the commotion with Kovu by her side.

Kion was worried about his older sister, as seeing her with the enemy, "Kiara, look out, behind you!"
