Chapter Seventeen

Natasha's (P . O . V)

3 Months Later...

"C'mon now for y'all asses be late!" Trey said.

"We have plenty of time before it starts baby don't rush us!" I yelled from my room.

Today was graduation day for Kae and I and we were tf excited. We've been waiting for this moment since forever so now that the time has come it just seemed so surreal.

"Did you call Ant?" I asked Kae.

"Yea he's on his way."

"Well tell that nigga hurry up cus we finna leave his ass!" Trey yelled up the stairs.

I swear I'm gonna slap his ass if he yells again!😡

"Yell again Trey! and I swear to Jesus Christ imma kick you in the balls!"

"My bad bae." He said laughing.

"It ain't funny, shitface!"

Two hours later...

We finally arrived at the school's stadium where the ceremony was being held and I couldn't stay still for nothing.

"I gotta pee!" I said shaking my leg.

"Oh let me go wit u!" Trey's nasty ass yelled.

"No! I'll go alone." I said laughing.

I went to the bathroom then I was one step closer to crossing that stage...

After the long ass lecture the Dean had given us on how proud she was and how she wishes us the best in our careers, they'd began calling our names:

"Kaelyn Andrews"

"Ahhhhhhh! Go Kae Kae !" I said
yelling along with everyone else.

When they finally called my name I got up, said a little prayer to myself and proceeded to receive my diploma.

After graduation...

"Aww! look at my babies! You guys finally did it, congratulations."Our moms said to us.

"Thank you mommy! Happy tears right?" I asked her.

"Of course sweetheart, I'm proud of all of my children." She said back wiping her face.

When we were are done taking pictures all of us went out to Olive Garden to celebrate, we were all sitting at the table waiting when my phone rang....

Kaelyn's (P . O . V)

"Excuse me everyone I have to take this." Tash said.

We were all sitting around waiting patiently for the food to come which needed to hurry up cus a bitch was starved. A couple
minutes after Tash left the table she was taking too long so I went into the bathroom to see what was going on and she was crying.

"Omg girl, what's wrong?" I said standing in front of her.

"The call that I got was from the fashion designer in New York that I sent my designs to and she said that she liked my ideas and that she wanted me to work with her." She said sniffling.

"Are you serious?! That's great! This is what you wanted! You can finally be with Trey!.But why are you crying I don't understand."

"Have you noticed that we've been inseparable since birth?" She asked.

"Yea." I answered back.

"Well I just don't want to be away from you, we planned to do everything together and I don't feel comfortable going out to NY without you. Yes I'll have Trey but he'll be away at his games or at practice half the time."

I know what she said probably sounded a little gay, but she's right it is going to be a very different without her being around anymore.😔

"I understand T but we knew that this time was coming soon. I'll always be a call away and will be visiting you all the time." I told her trying to make her happy.

"I know but what are you going to do?" She asked.

"Tash don't worry about me, I'll be fine. All I can do is wait patiently for someone to call me and tell me that I am hired, everything doesn't always happen all at once."

"I guess your right." She sighed.

"I know I am, now let's get back to this food out here and tell everyone about the good news."

I honestly felt sad that my best friend was leaving for New York but I was very happy for her, she deserves everything that comes her way. I am oh so very proud of her.

"Everyone! Natasha has a big announcement to make!" I yelled.

"Ohhh! She pregnant! Aye Trey!congrats big homie👏!" Anthony's dumb ass yelled.

"I'm finally gonna be a grandma! Oh my gosh! Sweetie this is great." Tash's mom said and my mom was just as jolly.

Trey was just sitting there looking lost, mouth open and all this was freaking hilarious.

"No I'm not pregnant, I got a job offer in New York from a fashion designer that I sent my designs to a while back and she wants me to work for her." Tash said.

Once she said that everyone congratulated her and showered her with hugs before Trey pulled her to the side to talk to her...
