To be honest? Well, there's a lot of components to a person or character, so I guess I'll sort in into categories.
Design
I absolutely adore how the devs made her. The dress design, the hair style, she's just so pretty! But, here's the thing I'm confused about. People call her 'Bloody Mary', but Bloody Mary was Mary I from England, as where her backstory is Marie Antionette's, the woman famous for saying 'let them eat cake!' about the peasants who were starving and got executed by guillotine for it. In fact, Mary's design matches the execution as her head is stitched on. Now, why is she called Mary when she's french and the person she's based off is called Marie? I don't know.
Abilities
Pretty balanced and a lot of potential. A lot of people are complaining about her being too 'weak', but that's the people who haven't mastered her abilities yet. Then, there are the people wanting her to be nerfed, but goddammit stop asking for nerfs when you meet a toxic player! They're just good at their job and maybe are assholes, but don't be salty! Pretty much all characters are equal in ability, other than some that just got reworked out of unfair 'popular' demand (like Tracy's debuff like wtf now no one is willing to use her). Get over it, and if something is extremely unbalanced, the devs will probably notice it! That's what the test server is for in the first place! Jesus Mary and Joseph shut up with your stupid complaints!
As A Writer
I see Mary as a pretty calm and well mannered woman who would totally kick your ass if you're being mean. She loves cake (duh), but sometimes she forgets to watch her words and accidentally offends someone or a group of people. In my opinion (just a headcanon), it would be awesome if she was afraid of her own reflection, which is why she has a broken glass shard from a mirror (she broke it). She is aware of her social status and popularity and it scares her to this very day about how unfair everything is. She's also very unaware of social cues.
