It was a few days until they came to Waterfall City. Of all the people that came from the outside world, it was Commander Data that was amazed at how everything looked. He finally said, "In all my time in Starfleet and throughout the galaxy, I have never witnessed such beauty in all my life."
Commander Riker said, "You got that right! I don't think that no one in the universe has it as good as the city is showing us right now."
Dia smiled and said, "I've been here countless times, and it always takes my breath away."
Skyma asked her Sister, "Do you remember anything?"
"To be honest, I don't know." She looked at her Sister and asked, "Should I be remembering anything?"
She smiled, "That is all up to you, Sam. We are here because of you, girl. What you lead us to is under your own power. No one here can answer any of your questions because we don't know. The whole of this island is alive because of you and what you have done for the ancient Jedi Knights countless years ago."
With a bit of frustration in her voice, she said, "Can someone please give me a damn simple, straight answer. Right now, I don't know a damn thing. Just recently, I learned that you're my Sister, and I need your help ever so much."
Commander Riker — who was sitting on his ride — said, "Cassandra, if we are here to help Sam out with all that has been going on, we need all the answers. If all of this has been a mystery for countless millennia, then none of the answers are going to pop out when we need them to. I have seen someone do that, but that is ever so rare and not the reality that I know. Please stop this mystery, so all of us can get the benefit of why we're on this island in the first place."
For the first time, Jack O'Neill really did not care if they got the answers are not. He only cared about Sam's feelings. Since he was sitting next to her, he gave her a quiet hug and said, "It doesn't matter to me what you find here on this island. All I care about is you, so take your time and allow us to do our part in helping you. Okay?"
She turned her head and looked at him with a smile on her face.
Skyma said, "Please, believe me, sweetie, I wasn't being cryptic. Just the same, you are going to have to find things for yourself. This is for you to know and to learn. All of us will help you discover things here on this island, but this is for you and you alone. Do you understand me?"
"Look, I know you mean well, but I need clear answers. This whole situation is confusing enough. Just be straight with me, okay? I can handle the rest."
Her smile softened. "Yes, I understand. I'll try to be more open in the future."
Guinan said, "Hear, hear, Sam. There's wisdom in knowing when to reveal and when to conceal. As for me, I've learned a thing or two over the years, and I'd be happy to share whatever might be of assistance."
All of a sudden a middle-aged lady came up to them. When she looked at Guinan she gave her a big smile and said to her, "It is ever so great to see you again."
She smiled back and said, "It's ever so great to see you again, Rosemary; how are your daughters Samantha and Marion doing?"
Commander Riker looked at her and said with a confused look, "You know people, here?"
Dia said, "Indeed she does. She also has great importance here on this island. At one time she was one of the head leaders in the city of Sauropolis."
He asked, "I take it Captain Picard knows about your life here on this island?"
Guinan only smiled. Seconds later, she said, "That reminds me..." She took something out of her pocket, and it was a communicator. She touched it and said, "Captain Picard, do you hear me?"
