I entered the fourth place on my list named Ahn Chaeg a simple and small book shop after crossing out two coffee shops, which required to make me different types of coffees hell I can't even name all and a video gaming shop filled with high schoolers sitting there to waste their time and money on virtual shit.
WINNER WINNER! CHICKEN DINNER! Gosh Ican't take it.
The book shop was small, filled with the smell of books and candles.
It was not much big, but the warmth inside made me feel good.
"Excuse me!? Is anyone here?" I called out.
A old lady maybe in her early seventies came out, she reminded me a lot of Hee Sook, following her came out a small white dog which tripped on the book fallen on the floor, this made a small laugh escape my mouth. I was only pull out of my trance when the old lady cleared her throat to get my attention.
"What do you want young girl?" Though she was old her voice was quite firm for her age.
"Is there any Job vacancy here?"
My question made her raise a eyebrow. "Who told you that?" She sort of snapped.
Her aura made me question my decision of coming here, she was scaring me a bit.. just a bit.
"Umm.. I just got to know from somewhere.."
She took a step ahead and I took one back. "WhErE sOmEwheRe?" She asked her arms crossed.
"Umm... a b-boy a- student from my college informed me about it.. but it's ok if there isn't any vacancy I'll just leave now.." I blurted out.
She was quick to grab hold of my hand, and small squeak escaped my mouth. Wasn't she scary enough that now she has a hold over my hand.
Her small eyes were now in dangerous slits.
"Which school do you go?"
"Dev-Devon Society High."
As soon as the words left my mouth her hold on my hand loosened, and the creases on her forehead relaxed. She looked at me up and down and after a second of thought her eyes went wide in some unknown realisations.
Her temperament was quick to change and sweet smile got plastered on her face, and my face was showing different shades of confusion.
She started walking inside waving her hand indicating me to follow her. I followed her without any questions as the white dog followed me.
"You should have told me earlier... I thought you are one of tHoSe GiRls.." she said making random hand movements and pressing at the word 'those girls'.
"Those Girls?" I questioned my curiosity taking over.
Before she can answer, the door opened with two girls entering wearing short skirt and high ponytail. Both whispering in each others ear and giggling. Their long legs were so slim and shinny that I thought I would need sunglasses to take a look at them.
