Into the Wind

Marceline's POV

As I flew through an open castle window, a flash of fire appeared beside me. It was Flame Princess. I quickly set Finn and Jake down and we ran towards PB's lab doors. 

"It won't open!" Finn said while pulling the door. "It's like there's something sucking the door close!"

"Watch out!" Flame Princess warned and shot the right door down. 

Instantly wind pulled us inside. I felt a hand grasp my arm. It was Jake. He managed to catch me right before I was sucked into a...mirror? 

"PB! What the hell is going on!" I screamed. 

"Another experiment gone wrong!" PB replied. "Help! My grip is about to give out!" Her hand was slipping off the door handle.

Jake attempted to stretch around everyone to create a pod but the wind was too strong. I tried to hook my umbrella handle to a table leg, but handle broke off. 

"Damn. Cheap. Shit." I thought, regretting buying the poorly made umbrella and threw it into the mirror. 

"NOOO!" PB exclaimed. Her grip gave out and we were sucked into the mirror portal. 

Everything went black.

I groaned and tried to open my eyes with all my strength. My skin sizzled and burned. I was lying in the sun. I started to feel the effects and moaned out. I slowly turned my head with eyes, barely open and managed to see Finn and PB beside me. I faintly called out their names but they were unconcious. So were the others. The pain intensified and I cried out a little louder. I turned my head again and saw a blurry vision of a pink humanoid running towards us.

"Bubblegum?" I managed to mutter before the pain was too much for me, causing me too black out.
