I'm back! Sort of. So long story short. My laptop died while I was in the middle of nowhere for the summer. Hence why this is not finished even though I had planned for it to be before I started school back up.

I do appreciate all the comments of encouragement to update. I love hearing that people are actually interested in my story.

I do now have a new-ish laptop. Which is fabulous. I love it. It is slightly smaller than my old one and is way more functional since it works. However, school has started up and school has to come before writing, unfortunately, so I do not know how regularly I will be writing. Also the reason that I am just now updating verses when I got my new laptop. First month of school has been crazyyyyy!

Annyways I know you guys probably don't care about my excuses so onward with what i have for the next chapter!!!!

(Percy)

Stepping through the threshold and into Poseidon's house felt like a death sentence. I was tense as I briefly glanced at the entrance way. The ceiling was tall. There was a double staircase. Everything seemed to be coated in gold. This was not my home.

There was a large gathering of people in between the staircases. I was hesitant to move closer. People are not usually a good thing and there was quite a bit of them.

"Well, I suppose you already know Thalia and Annabeth from the hospital. This is Grover, Juniper, Hazel, Frank, Leo, Jason, and Nico, respectively. They all either live or practically live here so I suppose you'll see a lot of them. I hope you guys can become friends," Poseidon says gesturing to each of the people in the room as he calls them out. "Gang this is," Poseidon goes to continue but is rudely interrupted by Thalia. If I had done that to Gabe I would be knocked out into next week.

"Percy. And I would guess he is hungry. Hospital food is gross you know. Kitchen?" She asks. Poseidon smiles before walking towards the right of the room rounding the corner.

"We'll have to join you guys later. We have a date at the Southern Salads place downtown. Don't wait up." The tall curly kid says while pulling an equally lanky girl with him out the door. I believe the kid's name started with a G? G? G? Damn I already forgot his name. Let's go with G-man.

"We don't want to overwhelm you Percy," a short dark-skinned girl speaks up. She grabs the two guys that she is standing next to and starts to pull them out of the room. "We'll be outside with Cyberus."

It left the two hot guys I had met previously in the room with me as Annabeth had followed Thalia and Poseidon to the kitchen.

"Cyberus is our dog," the blonde superman speaks up. "Let's go bellissimo," The dark-haired Italian spoke taking a few steps toward me and throwing out his hand. I glance at the appendage. It didn't come flying at me like usual, so I didn't react more than the stare.

The blonde guy removes the awkwardness by grabbing the offered hand himself and tugging, Nico I think, behind him towards the door. I start to follow them to the kitchen.

Poseidon has sandwiches premade up on a large platter on the counter by the time we walk into the room. Annabeth picks up a sandwich as Thalia starts cramming one down her throat.

"You gonna choke at that rate," the blonde hottie says.

"Shut up Jason," is the response Thalia gives.

"Language," Poseidon responds. He doesn't do anything about the language issue though. Gabe would have beat my ass. Especially given that Poseidon already corrected Thalia earlier.
