"I'M GOING TO FUCKING DIE." SYDNEY'S HEART WAS ABOUT to explode out of her chest, her eyes wide, filled with fear, yet, there was still an ounce of excitement. David watched her intently, camera in hand, aimed at Sydney.
Today was finally the day that Sydney faced her fear of heights.
David, Natalie, Lea, Matt and Zane had tagged along on Sydney's skydiving journey. It was only a matter of seconds before Sydney and her friends would simmer through the air.
They were currently a few thousand feet high, Sydney and David's legs dangling in the air, their skydiving instructors sat behind them both.
Sydney gave David a worried look, and he immediately grabbed her somewhat cold hand, giving it a squeeze, which instantly eased Sydney slightly.
Natalie and Lea both noticed the gesture, sharing cheeky looks. Lea hasn't seen Sydney this giddy and head over heels for a boy in a long time and visa versa, Natalie has never seen David this happy.
Sydney squealed when the skydiving pro behind her scooted closer to the edge of the plane. Her eyes traveled downward for a quick second and she gulped, barely able to breath, but before she could chicken out, the wind rushed through her hair, gravity taking over as both she and David went simmering through the cold air at what felt like a thousand miles an hour.
Once the fear left Sydney's body, adrenaline kicked in, and she swore she has never felt this alive.
When the ground came closer, Sydney braced herself as her body jerked, the parashoot keeping both her and her skydiving instructor safely in the air, and when her feet hit the ground, and she was unbuckled, she instantly rushed towards a messy haired David Dobrik, his camera still clutched tightly in hand.
Sydney wrapped her arms around his neck , his arms wrapping around her waist in a tight embrace.
David giggled slightly at the action, placing a gentle kiss on Sydney's forehead.
"How'd you like it ?"
"I actually enjoyed it."
David beamed at the ecstatic girl, his brown eyes staring deeply into Sydney's honey ones, god, she was perfect.

David sat on his couch, phone in hand as he scrolled through his social medias. He never gets the chance to actually scroll through his Instagram or Twitter, but once in a while he'd have tine to relax.
Sydney was fast asleep, her head resting on David's lap as he gently ran his fingers through her soft and slightly messy brown hair.
"I've never seen you like this." Natalie softly spoke. David snapped his eyes toward his one of his best friends, Natalie softly plopping herself down on the far end of David's white couch.
The brown haired boy frowned, locking his phone as he gave his attention toward Natalie Mariduena.
She playfully rolled her eyes at the clueless boy, giving a quiet sigh.
"You're falling for her Dave." She said it as if it was the most common thing in the world, but it almost knocked David's wind out. Was it that obvious? Was his feelings toward Sydney that visible?
"I uh — I —" Natalie cut David's stuttering off, "don't even try to deny it." David's cheeks instantly reddened as he gulped, for some reason becoming slightly panicked.
"All I'm saying is, don't be a pussy Dave. I know you don't wanna' hear this, but Sydney's days are numbered, ans if you're not gonna' make a move, you'll lose the chance."
Natalie's words hit David, hard, his eyes trained on his friend. Her words were true, besides making out with Sydney, he hasn't made any other move,
and he didn't have all the time in the world to do so.
