Hey everyone! Sorry about the late update. I've been busy. Tell you what: screw the gadget name thing. I'm just gonna call it the Scan Gun. Again, sorry for the late update. I love all you reader-chans!! SCREW APPLE INDEED!!! Anyway, enjoy!
After I punched Windblade, I felt some sort of power surge in my body. My chest glowed dimly. I glanced at where my logo would be. I stared. I was a con now! I felt complete, like my destiny had finally been fulfilled. Steeljaw nodded slightly in approval. We shoved Windblade into Steeljaw's old stasis pod. I did the honors of sealing and activating it. Then I went and showed off my gadgets to Fracture; who showed me his. We gave each other tips on new contraptions we were working on. Fracture was busy creating a more advanced minidrone. I was trying to make a smaller, more complex Scan Gun. The Scan Gun is the name Author-chan and I came up with.
(4th wall broken btw XD)
A few days later, I was sent on guard duty with Fracture. He obviously hated guard duty, but I think having me around made him less grumpy about it. As we made our way around the base, I heard something. Something familiar. It was Bee. He was calling for me and Windblade! I dashed behind the mill in panic. Fracture was there, leaning against the wall, looking out into the woods. Or, at least he was until I ran behind there. He stared at me, a smug expression on his face. "What's your problem?" he teased. "It's the Autobot leader, Bee." I replied, a little frantic. Fracture's humor vanished and serious look came over him. "He's looking for me and...her." I said, wincing at the mere mention of Windblade. "You go tell Steeljaw." he ordered. "I'll stay here in case Bumblebee gets any closer." Fracture's red optics narrowed as he grinned his evil grin. I went into the mill and told Steeljaw that Bee was here. I stopped mid-explanation when an idea hit me. "Do we have any spare stasis pods?" I questioned slyly. Steeljaw shook his head. "Scrap." I murmured. I was about to keep talking when we heard a commotion. outside. "Bumblebee..." Steeljaw growled softly. "Stay here," he ordered gently, looking into my sky blue optics. "If he sees you, he'll know you're one of us now." I nodded. Steeljaw called the others and went out to fight. I waited, alone inside of the mill. I climbed up on to the second platform and peeked out through the sky light. I watched Bee, Strongarm, and Drift fight for a while. Then I spotted something out of the corner of my eye. I looked into the woods by the mill. I commed Steeljaw as soon as I saw it. "Steeljaw! The rest of the Autobots are here!" I cried. "We have to retreat!" "Not! Yet!" he shouted as he fought. I ducked my head back in and crouched down behind the railing in the shadows. Something smashed through the door. I saw a quick flash of red dart in. I already knew who it was. "Sideswipe..." I growled quietly, now leaning over the railing. He looked at the platform. I dove back into the shadows. I waited a few minutes before laying flat on my chest and looking over the edge. Sideswipe hadn't seen me. He was staring a something else. I traced his line of sight to...Windblade's pod! Steeljaw had shoved her pod in the corner for safe keeping. "If he frees Windblade, she'll tell Sideswipe that I'm evil!" I thought. "Then again, it really wouldn't matter." I decided to show my best friend that I knew what I was doing here. Yes. I knew exactly what I was doing.
(Sry my new obsession is Undertale and it's AU's
For the exception of DanceTale)
I leaned against the side of the pod. I heard Sideswipe climb up the pole to the pod. I went behind it, waiting for the perfect moment to ambush my ex-bestie. For just a second, I felt a flash of shame in my spark. I shook it off and readied my double scythe. He had just went up to the pod when I activated my fight mask and leaped out from behind it. "Ah!" he cried. I grinned happily under my mask. I scared Sideswipe for the very first time! Then I remembered that he hated me, and the optimism I felt quickly melted away. "Skipkick?!" Sideswipe exclaimed. "What're you doing he-" he cut himself short. Sideswipe stared at my brand new Decepticon symbol. He looked hurt. I glared into his bright blue optics and stepped in front of the pod that held my enemy. "Skipkick, why?" he asked, sadness dripping from his voice. "Why did you leave me, your best friend?" "Because you found someone better than me!" I snapped angrily. Sideswipe's optics softened. He disabled his fight mask and lowered his sword. I kept my expression and stance. "What do you mean?" he asked. "You found a replacement for me! You found a better friend then I ever could be!" I shouted. Sideswipe looked like his emotions just got kicked in the face. "Well?" I taunted. "You gonna fight for her or not?" He was about to reply when Bee dashed through what was left of the entrance. He glanced up at A Hurt Sideswipe and A New Skipkick. Bee raced up the pole and stared at my logo after he got up there. Sideswipe looked down, sadness flooding his face so high, I felt it a little too. "Skipkick..." Bee gasped, heis voice drenched in disappointment and shock. My ex-leader shifted hi gaze to Windblade. Steeljaw rushed in and put a claw to his lips. I glanced at him and nodded slightly. Steeljaw quietly climbed the pole onto the railing and leaped onto Bee. Soon, Steeljaw and Bee were going at each other, punching, kicking, slashing at each others' faces. "Sideswipe!" Bee yelled. "Get Windblade!" Bee's weapon was knocked out of his not-so capable hands and flew off the edge of railing. It hit the ground with a loud clatter. Now, Steeljaw had the upper hand. "But do I have to fight Skip?" Sideswipe whimpered. Bee didn't seem to hear him. He was too busy fighting my new leader. "I...I don't wanna hurt you..." Sideswipe admitted softly. I stood up straight and sighed. Steeljaw glanced at me while clawing at Bee. "Fight him!" he commanded as he dodged an attack. I glared at Sideswipe and raised my weapon. He eabled his fight mask and did the same. We were about to charge at each other when I heard a massive crash behing me. I spun around. Grimlock had smashed through the wall and grabbed the pod! I charged towards him but Bee ran in front me. His armor was scratched and filthy, but he looked determined as ever. I didn't have the spark to fight my ex-bestie just yet, but I was fine with fighting Bee. I raised my double scythe and slashed at him. He dodged a few, but I got him on the shoulders and chest a couple times. Sideswipe smacked my weapon out my hands. It slid across the floor and banged against the wall. I tackled Bee to the ground, punching him in the face repeatedly. He put his foot on my logo and launched me off him. Apparently, he's stronger than he looks. I flew back but caught myself before I hit the wall. I looked back, Bee was about to leave with Windblade's pod. I raced across the platform and jumped. As if I was in slow motion, I carefully pressed a button on the pod before gravity yanked me back down to Earth. The pod opened and an unconscious Windblade fell out. She crashed to the floor. I ran over and put her in headlock. Steeljaw tossed me my scythe. I caught it perfectly, but this was no time for celebration. I put one of the blades to Windblade's throat. "Let us go or she's dead." I threatened sharply. Bee backed away. Everyone's optics were huge. I held the blade closer to Windblade when Bee took a step forward. "Skip-" he began. Steeljaw growled and angrily demanded, "Let. Us. Go." Bee sighed. "Leave 'em be, guys." I practically threw Windblade at him and dashed out of the mill, Steeljawjaw close behind me. We transformed into our vehicle modes and raced off. I tilted my mirrors. Fracture and Thunderhoof were the only other cons left in our pack. When we were all far, far away from the Autobots, Fracture started suggesting ideas for a new base. We all agreed on an abandoned factory not too far from where we were. We all transformed into our vehicles modes again and quickly drove to the factory. However, someone was already there when we arrived. Two someones to be exact. One was tall and thin with gray-and-red wings upon his back. His optics were dark red with white rings as pupils. His dark hair (I guess that's what you call it) had a similar style to Sideswipe's. His armor was a shiny black and red with some some silver areas. The other was a short minicon with bright yellow optics. His armor was bulky and a dark green. But the best part was they were both cons!
