Kunal had already fallen for Disha when he met her the first time. Why did Arjun call Dev and Disha to meet up his cousins Dia and Kunal, because he knew they were single. Kunal had spoken to Disha that day and understood how good she and her brother was. It was Disha who misunderstood Kunal with his Instagram posts of his childhood buddy, as every post had a love or kiss emoji. She thought that was his girlfriend. It was the same buddy Kunal had send pictures to while he selected his dress for Arjun's wedding. Now he knew Disha was in love with Rahul. The unexpected had happened but Kunal had told Disha that he wanted to know more about her being close to her first. Little did he know that she would fall for someone else. He disclosed this secret to everyone else except Disha. Kunal was a man with a good heart. He decided to wait for her and believed she would some day be his own as his love for her was true. Many girls had fallen for Kunal during his school and college days. He had countless proposals his way but he didn't leave a reply to anyone of them as he was waiting for the right woman. He found her but she was in love with another after he made his choice. Kunal had asked the others not to tell Disha about his love. They agreed to it. Everyone knew how bad he'd feel whenever Rahul was around Disha. Some had an other plan to make him feel alright at least for a while.
The day had come. Disha was waiting for her jiju and sister to be home but she wasn't that happy because Dev did not tell her or Karan about what had happened the day he met his lover. Dev was lying down in the room. Karan and Disha gave him his own space until he felt alright. But there wasn't any change. "Ding Dong" the bell rang. "They're here" said Disha. Karan looked at her doubtfully, "who?" "I mean it must be some one right, bhaiyya?" "Yea right!" said Karan and went for the door. He was surprised and so was Kiara the moment she had reached the house. "Kiara...." "Bhaiyya..." they hugged each other. Tears rolled down as they had met after many days. "Hey bhaiyya" "Arjun" he hugged Arjun too. "Come in guys" said Disha who was near the couch. "Jiju..." "Disha dear" Arjun hugged Disha and she whispered "thank you so much" to him. "Most welcome" he replied. "My sweet sister" screamed Kiara and hugged Disha. "Karan bhaiyya" "Arjun" "There's someone else too. Can I call him in?" "Sure". Karan and Disha looked at the door to see who it was. "Hey bhaiyya...hey Disha", it was Kunal. Karan played along well as though he didn't know Kunal was with Arjun and Kiara. They embraced each other. "Kunal...long time" said Disha as she was surprised to see him. "Yea...how're you?" "I'm good. How about you?" "Good. Thanks" replied Kunal. He was happy to see his one side love. After meeting each other they sat down. Dev was still not out of the room. "Isn't Dev home?" asked Arjun. "He hasn't been well since a few days, nor has he spoken to me or Disha. We did ask him though but there wasn't any difference". "Bhaiyya, I guess he didn't tell you what it is. Its about Dia...she opened up to me and Kunal after Dev left her house". "What is it Arjun?" Karan and Disha wanted to know the problem from them.
"Bhaiyya....Disha, Dia has seizures when she's worried or depressed so much. It all began when she was ten years old. She had a small sister Sarah who was five years younger to her. One day when they came back from school, Sarah was hit by the bus. It ran over her right before Dia. This was the reason for her illness. It was better after her treatment but that day when Dev had met her, they spoke about her parents who had passed away long ago. Dev didn't know that and also about Dia's problem. She was depressed and crying after telling him about them and suddenly had a seizure attack. Kunal lives with her in the house but that day he was out and actually Dev saved her life. If Dev wasn't there, we would've lost her. She was at the hospital for a few days and now she's home with Ma. We understand that Dev has also gone through a lot but he didn't know about Dia and her sickness. It was too much to take in for him". Disha held Karan's hand tightly and began crying. "Papa...please call Dev bhaiyya". "Don't cry...we're all here. He'll be alright", said Karan and went to the room. "Disha, please don't cry. Dev's not alone...we're there for him" said Kunal looking at her. He felt sad watching his love cry. "Yes dear..." Arjun said. Kiara sat beside Disha and held her close with one arm around her.
Just then they heard Karan scream Dev's name from the room. Kiara, Kunal and Arjun ran to the room to find the worst horror. Dev was a fainthearted person who wasn't strong enough on the inside.
