Sam wakes up to the machines that were connected to Cat's body. She got up from the chair and noticed Jade sitting on the sofa by the window. She also noticed Jade's eyes, following them to Cat's body as if they were longing to be close to Cat then to Sam's eyes catching her staring. "Hey" Jade starts breaking the silence between them. "Hey" Sam replies and motioned for Jade to sit down on the chair she had just got up from. Jade sat down in the chair and Sam stood there next to her as Jade started rubbing Cat's leg. "Thank you," Jade says referring to the kind gesture; Sam gives a nod in acknowledgment.

"What did the doctors say about Cat?" Jade asked now that it was just them two alone. "She has an eating disorder so their going to do a refeeding syndrome, which is why she has the tube up her nose. She also has a broken wrist, ankle,  seven broken ribs, and they stitched her wound. "Uh.. she also hit her head pretty hard so there's a possibility she's in a coma state right now." Jade stayed silent, nodding at the information. "Oh, by the way, do you know anything about Cat's past medical records? I saw the file. A lot of papers." Sam adds and Jade shook her head "No." she had an idea as to why but chose to remain silent as she touched Cat's hand giving it a rub and a squeeze.

Sam went to visit Freddie in his room, giving Jade some privacy with Cat. She knocked twice. "Hey" Sam says quietly. Freddie looks up at Sam and waves. "How are you feeling?" Sam asks. "mmurgh" Freddie groans raising his arm and motioning his hand saying "so, so". Sam makes her way over to a chair beside the bed Freddie was in.

They stayed in awkward silence avoiding each others gaze. "Hey, Benson," Sam starts as they locked eyes. "When your face heals up and you can chew again, let's you and me go grab some dinner and have some fun." Sam says with a smile. Freddie agrees although it comes out as a soft muffled groan from the bandages over his mouth as he gives her a thumbs up. "By the way, I took $80 out of your wallet" Sam says with a smile on her face but the smile not reaching her eyes fully like how it usually would.

Sam is seated on an empty chair next to Freddie's bed. At first Freddie groaned frantically trying to get Sam to give him back the money. Once he noticed what she was doing, he let it go knowing that maybe it was better to let her have that distraction away from Cat and let her revel in the playful banter they were used to from the past. Freddie crosses his arms with a scowl on his face.

"Well Mr. Benson, I know what might cheer a Freddie up. I'm still a little bit sore but I think I can manage to finger some strings." Robbie says intruding on Sam and Freddie's moment together as he props himself up from the bed slowly lifting himself up slowly being gentle with his casts on his arm and legs. He grabbed the guitar that laid next to his bed side, putting the strap over his body, positioning the guitar and started playing.

"It's fun to run, it's fun to play, it's fun to make things out of clay, it's fun to fill your car with gas, it's fun to break... things made of glass!"

Robbie starts singing his broken glass song and Freddie try's to get him to stop playing the song while Sam just sits back in the chair amused.

"But broken glass can cut your hand, And then you'll bleed across the land, Ask any woman, child or man, About the dangers of broken glass..."

Sam turns to Freddie and says "I kind of like it" and Freddie gives her and incredulous look.

Robbie take in the atmosphere and stops playing "Okay, I'll play a different song," He says as he starts strumming the strings of the guitar to a different tune.

"I think you're swell, I think you're swell, I think you're swell, I think you're swell," Robbie starts playing 'I Think You're Swell' the song that he played for her to make Cat jealous... the song that he wrote specially for Cat and he's just been singing it like if the song had lost its meaning or something.
