"Why are you wearing a bucket hat?"
He looked up from his phone as I came out the shower, about to get ready for our sightseeing day.
"It's fashion."
"I hate it." He started to laugh and shook his head at me, "Girl I look good stop."
I went to take it off his head as I held on to my towel, "now you look better."
He grabbed at my towel as I started to run towards my closet, tucking the hat in my drawer. I was excited to show him around the city even though he started to protest it once I started getting ready,
"What if someone recognizes me and puts you on the Internet. People would never leave you alone."
"If someone recognizes you, they won't be looking at me at all. I want you to have some fun while you're here."
"I've been having fun. Especially in that bed." I playfully push his shoulder and I giggle at his comment. As we go to leave, he throws on a black baseball cap and grabs my hand as we walk out of my complex. He goes to call his manager when I stop him, "we don't need a car."
"You're driving?"
"Nope. We're taking the train."
"The train?!"
"It's the easiest way to get to the city and celebrities ride the train all the time. No one bothers them."Once we got to the city, his eyes lit up at all the lights and buildings. We spent the day doing tourist activities, like riding a double decker bus, going to the Statue of Liberty and eating those nuts where the aroma is better than the taste. Once it started becoming the evening, we decided to get dinner at Katz's Deli. His smile never left his face the whole day and I was happy I could give him another good day. As we started to eat, I noticed a group of women staring in our direction. He was too busy telling me a story until they approached the table. I stared up at them and squinted my eyes, "can we help you?"
"Are you Park Chanyeol??!!"
"응."
"Oh my god! I knew it. What brings you to the city?" Another girl interjected, "can I get a selca with you, oppa?!" The last girl kept staring at me and back at him, "he seems busy guys let's just go." "No let's take a picture. Miss, can you take our picture?" I looked at him and he sighed and nodded as they handed me the camera. I snapped the shot and the most energetic girl asked for a hug. He obliged and they walked away screaming. I couldn't help but giggle a bit but I could tell he wasn't feeling it. I smiled up at him as we went back to eating, "it wasn't that bad."
"I know. Just reminded me that I'm leaving you tomorrow."
"How?"
"Imagine that times a million. Like that was harmless. But I have people that stalk me back at home."
"I'm sorry."
"It won't be forever. But I love my fans. Just wish some people would behave."Once we got home, I began to help him pack his bag for his early flight while he showered. I felt a tear fall down my cheek as I started to realize he was leaving me. As I folded his hoodie, I started to hug it, inhaling his cologne. Of course he caught me in the act and I was embarrassed by the whole thing.
"Are you crying?" A slight sniffle left my nose as I packed the hoodie into the bag, "No... I'm fine."
"Baby Girl..."
"No I'm fine. I'm just going to miss you is all."
"I want you to live with me this summer. Apply for a visa."
I looked up at him surprised at his statement and cocked my eyebrow, "seriously? You want little ole me to live with you?!" He started to chuckle before I got up to hug him tighter, "Yes bring your ass to Seoul and be with me."
"I will..."
