"SCAR" Bella was the first one to scream as she saw his body slump down on the ground. Blood oozed out of his head and his soul escaped his body immediately. Everyone gathered around him and Lorenzo screamed from the top of his lungs. "GET HELP" his thick voice boomed and cracked as he cried loudly. The painful sound of the grown man crying had everyone tearing up. Even though they knew that Scar was long gone, they didn't have the heart to tell him. He was broken.

Jasmine was the only one who noticed the other lifeless body that was laying on the ground. Lee. She furrowed her brows as she looked into the forest where she faintly saw the hazel eyes that was too familiar. Adam.

Prove that you love her by putting her happiness first, the words Jasmine had uttered to Adam replayed in her mind and she realized that he had done his part. He had killed Lee to protect Lorenzo because he knew that Bella loved him. the though made tears fall from her eyes and she sat there numbly, hearing Lorenzo scream from hurt.

"DON'T LEAVE ME. YOU CAN'T LEAVE ME" He shouted as he tried to pick up the big man. His knees were already weak, and the weight of the man made him unable to pick Scar up. He cried again from frustration and this time he fell to his knees. His hands were covered in Scars blood and the image of Celina replayed in his mind.

Bella wiped away her own tears and held on to her lovers face. He looked at her with teary eyes and engulfed her in a hug. He cried in her embrace but didn't let go of his hold on Scars hand. "Tell him to wake up baby. I don't like this sick joke" he whispered to her when he was calmer. She didn't answer, too afraid that the lump in her throat would make her voice crack. Instead she placed a soft kiss on his lips and smiled at him sadly.

"Lorenzo" Marco whispered as he sat down on the ground beside his brother. "He is always here, remember? Like the stars" he told his little brother and hugged him, despite his protest.

Adam watched from a distance as the family sat down on the ground around Scar and hugged Lorenzo. He could feel the love radiating from a distance and he smiled. The war was over and even though it didn't go as planned, it was over. They couldn't go back in time and change it. the families that had lived all these years with hatred for each other, melted in front of each other at that moment. They shared tears and sorrow, and no one had to utter a single word to express their feelings. They knew amongst themselves that one thing was for sure; Moretti was no devil. He concealed himself behind that word to not let himself get hurt.

"Khoda hafez" Adam whispered as he turned around and left the family for good.
