Yoongi had sent away his last client for the day, however, he still had lots to do. He had to finish the sketches for two works he had the next day and start others, for three he had that week. Also, he had to reschedule some clients, since they closed the shop that weekend and had to postpone the few appointments they had.
Yoongi was in the midst of finishing the first sketch when he heard a throat clearing.
"Can I come in?" Somin asked on the other side of the open door, peeking slightly inside.
Yoongi shot his head up, surprised by her presence. It still was weird to see her there, but he had to get used to it. After a few seconds, noticing she still was waiting for his answer, he nodded.
"Sorry to bother you."
"You don't bother." Somin walked closer to his desk, still feeling awkward.
"Jeongguk said to bring your schedule book up." Notified, handing the notebook to him with both hands.
"He said that? I usually only check the book at the end of the week." Frowned, gripping the object and leafing through the pages. "Must've forgotten to do it on Friday. Thank you."
"You look better." She said, after looking at his face for quite some time, while he was distracted.
"Uh?" Yoongi's eyes darted up, wide open.
"Your bruises and cuts. They look better." She explained. He had almost forgotten about them since they didn't hurt anymore.
He still had a cut on his lip and a faded yellowish coloring under his left eye, but it was almost all healed.
"Oh. I guess so." Somin bit her lip, her curiosity stirring her inside.
"Can I ask how you got them?" She risked questioning, observing him tense up.
"Bar fight." Yoongi's brain flared up the memories from that fatidical night. He could say that karma was a bitch, because he got what he deserved after treating Somin the way he did.
