Jeff knew something was wrong when Natalie walked through the door of David's that day, she hurriedly took her shoes off so she could get to her room faster. David was filming a bit with Zane and Heath so Jeff took it upon himself to check on her, but when he got closer to her room he could hear quiet sobs that tugged on his heart strings.

"One second," she called after hearing someone knock on her door, she tried her best to take the redness away from her eyes by splashing some water on her face but it wasn't helping much. She opened the door for Jeff to come in her room and took a seat on her bed.

Jeff wasn't stupid. He could see that her face was puffy, she had bloodshot eyes, and her nose was running; she had obviously been crying and it's not even just because he heard her from the hall.

He took a seat next to her and pulled her into a hug without saying a word. Natalie had never been so grateful that he didn't say anything because she just wanted to cry a little more. So they sat there with her sobbing into his chest as he ran a hand through her hair while whispering, "It's okay, it's gonna be okay."

Natalie pulled away from the hug first suddenly embarrassed because she wasn't that close with Jeff and she just left a pool of tears on his shirt.

"I'm sorry. For crying and for your shirt," she spoke barely above a whisper as her throat hurt a lot.

"You have nothing to be sorry for Nat, I have plenty more shirts to wear," he chuckled a little bit which got a small smile out of her. Jeff decided before asking what's wrong, he would go get her a water to help with her throat. He gave her a light pat on her knee and walked to the kitchen.

When he left her room without saying a word she felt like she made him really uncomfortable and started to feel bad but that feeling didn't stay long as he walked in a moment later with a water bottle in his hand.

"Thank you," she said as he passed the bottle to her to which he replied with a nod. She took a couple sips before turning to face Jeff.

"Listen, I'm not going to ask if you want to talk about it because I don't want it to seem like I am pushing you but if you do want to talk about it, I'm here," Jeff explained and it made Natalie smile, he was being so sweet towards her right now and she loved it. She never really got to see this side of Jeff because people were always filming around the house and everyone puts up a front for the camera.

"Shawn and I broke up today." The news honestly shocked Jeff, he thought they were doing just fine the other day. He ran his hand up and down her back in a way to comfort her as tears once again appeared in her eyes. She took a deep breath before whispering, "He cheated on me, and apparently it's happened multiple times."

Jeff didn't know what to say so he just pulled her in for another hug, he felt really bad and there wasn't anything he could do to help her.

"You're a wonderful woman, Nat, and if he doesn't see that then it's his loss, anyone would be lucky to be with you. Now let's wipe those tears away, put a smile on that face, and let's go get ice cream."

And that's exactly what they did, they walked out of the house ignoring their friend's questions and went to get their ice cream.
