Seoyeon POV
It's been three days and appa still hasn't come out of his bedroom.

I'm in the living room watching TV until the door opened and grandma(mrs. Jeon) came in as usual every afternoon to cook for me or take care of me and clean the house.

As grandma and I was doing my thing, appa suddenly ran out of his room and went to the living room where we were.

"Jungkook?" Eomma said as she saw jungkook super skinny and huge eyebags under his eyes.

"No time to explain anything but the police just called and they said they found chae's location let's go now and Seoyeon-ah, appa just called uncle Junghyun so he'll take care of you, now let's go," appa said rapidly in one breath before pulling grandma to the car. I locked the door and waited till uncle Junghyun came.

Jungkook POV
While I was following the police men into the abandoned building, eomma called the other parents.

"There he is!" a police officer said and i immediately ran up to him then punched him in the face before grabbing the collar of his shirt tightly.

"Where is she?!" I screamed into his face. He just laughed and smirk before the police men took him away.

I wasted no time and ran into the building before trying to find her.

"Chae! Where are you?!" I shouted and suddenly I heard whisperings.

I immediately went to it. There I saw Chae in a gloomy room only wearing her undergarments.

She looked skinny, her hair was a mess. Chae was sitting there, all bruised, cold and looked lifeless and traumatised.

"K-kookie-ah..." she whispered and shivered in the cold.

I immediately ran up to her and cried as I saw her in this state. Eomma cane in after me and gasped at how Chae looked.

"Get me a blanket," I told Eomma and she nodded.

"What did he do to you? I asked and Eomma came in then gave me the blanket before I wrapped Chae in it. She was still shivering and I looked closely at her face and saw how pale and skinny she looked.

We both cried harder and I carefully took chae in my embrace and caressed her hair softly.

"It's okay baby, I'm here, don't be scared, you're in my arms now," I whispered slowly to calm her down.

"K-kookie..." she cried harder.

"Shh...let's go home," I carefully pulled away and helped her up. She tried to walk but was too weak and fell into my arms again.

"Let me carry you," I calmly said and carried her like a bride outside.

The police officers were waiting and when they saw me and Chae, I nodded to them for a signal to go and they nodded back.

I carefully put Chae in the car and drove back home.

When we got back home, I lifted Chae and walked slowly inside. When I got in, I saw the living room really messy, the kitchen was a mess.

"omg..." I whispered quietly and brought Chae into the room. After putting her down I went to the bathroom and came out with a bowl full of warm water and a small towel.

I opened the blanket and wiped chae's body with the towel and water as she stared at the floor, still scared.

When I was done, I took out chae's pyjamas and helped her wear her shorts and top.

Carefully, I made her lay down and tucked her in.

"Wait here, I'm gonna check on yeonie(seoyeon's nickname) and clean the mess," I said and sighed before walking out but she weakly grabbed my wrist.
