Alice POV

Chaeyoung was staring at something and when I looked at the direction she was looking at my eye widened, me and Chae faced each other and we both sat up.

I could see Jungkook and Junghyun looking at us confusingly. Mum and dad had come near us. Mum went towards chae and pulled her by the hair.

"Chae!" I screamed and ran up to her to her to help her but mum had held my hair too. She kept pulling me and Chae's hair really hard making us wince in pain.

Jungkook POV

"Eomma stop!" Alice said while hissing in pain.

"Apayo!" Chaeyoung said which made me want to help her but before I got to her my mum, out of nowhere, had ran up to her and pulled her away from Mrs. Park.

"What do you think you're doing to her!" mum said and hugged Chae tightly. Alice had been pulled away by Junghyun.

My mum gave Chaeyoung to me and I hugged her tight with my hand on her head since it hurts a lot.

"gwaenchana, I'm here," I said softly as she cried on my chest.

Chaeyoung POV

After I was in Jungkook's embrace, I wrapped my arms around his waist and cried on his chest.

I heard my mum fighting with Mrs. Jeon.

"What's the matter with you?! She's your own daughter!" Mrs. Jeon asked while screaming at my mum's face.

"How dare you call her my daughter with that ugly face and besides, she doesn't even give us money!" my mum said which made my turn back to jungkook and cry more, I felt his embrace tighter.

"Fine! If you don't want her as your daughter, she's my daughter now so don't bother seeing her again!" Mrs. Jeon said and stood in front if me and Jungkook.

"Let's go, Chae," Mrs. Jeon said and led me and Jungkook.

I stopped walking and they were confused.

"What's wrong, babe?" Jungkook said and held my hand tighter.

I looked back and pointed to Alice crying on Junghyun's chest. Mrs. Jeon looked at Alice with worry.

"Junghyun, let's go and bring your girlfriend!" Mrs. Jeon said and once I heard that, I ran to Alice and hugged her tight before we all except my parents went home to Jungkook's house.

They arrive at jungkook's house

When we arrived, Jungkook and Junghyun made me and Alice sit on the couch. My hands were shaking continuously and my heart was beating like crazy. Jungkook held my hands and caressed it, it felt like all my problems were solved.

"Don't worry girls, she won't come back," Mrs. Jeon said.

"Actually, I have work tomorrow so I have to go back to Canada and I'll be bringing Alice with me since she has no where to live anymore," Junghyun said

We all nodded and Alice and Junghyun went to pack since they are leaving at night for their flight.

"Are you okay, sweetie?" Mrs. Jeon asked me while rubbing my hand to comfort me.

"Ne, eomma," I smiled weakly.

"it's okay, we'll protect you," she said and pecked my forehead before going to the kitchen to cook for dinner.

Jungkook wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer. I layed my head on his shoulder and tried calming myself.

"I'll go help your mum, go shower and change to something comfortable, arasseo?" I said and be nodded then went to change.
