Chapter 10

Chapter 10- sort of a rescue

my eyes went wide and my mouth was shut (not knowing what to say). "hi, are you alright"? she asked worriedly. i just blinked. (i can't believe i was standing in front of one of the freedom fighters). "hi, i'm sophie". "hi, i'm sally accorn". (Still not believing it). "i know who you are". i said with confidence. then sally looked at me confused. (whoops, she doesn't know that i'm from earth and know alot more then she thinks). "uh, sonic told me all about you". i smiled nervously. "how has he been"? she asked in a daze. "oh he's been really good". "cocky as usual".  "that's my sonic". i then looked at her with another nervous smile and was lost in thought. (i wonder how good her and amy get along?) "so, do you have someone special in your life"? she asked me, snapping me out of my thoughts. i then snapped back to reality. "OH NO"! i shouted. (which made sally jump back). "what"? "did you happen to see who tackled me to the ground"?  "yeah, it was a purple and grey hedgehog that looked like shadow". It then became clear. (even though i hate to admit it). "sally, come with me". "we've gotta get sonic". "why"? i then turned around and faced her. "because shadow is in trouble". i started to run aned tripped. "Almost forgot". i got up and went over to unconcious ashes. "who's this"? sally asked while studying him. "Ashes, shadow's brother". "chaos control"! then we three vanished. ~ we appeared in the living room of sonic's house. Everyone jumped back. "sorry". They then saw ashes. "yeah, i got into trouble but received 'proper' help". i stepped aside and sally stepped foward. Sonic's eyes went wide. "it's been a long time, sonic". he gulped and started sweating. "SALLY"! everyone yelled and gave her a group hug. (all except for Lilly, Nyla, Jazmine, Acheron, and me). "anyway, sonic i need your help". "shadow is in danger". "by who"? he asked with a raised eyebrow. (the only person that could ever hurt him). "Mephiles".  Everyone gasped. (well at least the people who knew him). "well we don't have a moment to lose". "wait sonic, what about Tina"? asked tails. He does raise a good point. what if we only have time to save one? "we'll split up into two teams". suggested sonic. "me, silver, knuckles, and sally will go after mephiles". "Sophie; you, Lilly, Nyla, and Jazmine will go save tina".  "everyone else stay here, that way we won't lose anyone else and you can keep an eye on things".  Everyone agreed except me. "but sonic.....". "no sophie, mephiles is too strong". "he will most definately kill you". "we've dealt with mephiles before, so we know what is expected". "please just go save tina". "is that understood"? i then hesitated. "sophie"? "understood". "good". "ready and break"! we then headed off in separate directions that is until "wait"! i yelled. Everyone stopped and looked at me. "where do we even go"? "tails tracked tina's watch he made for her and tracked shadow's communicator, so were all good". "ok"! i yelled. they all headed in one direction and we headed towards one of eggman's bases. ~ we reached one of many eggman bases and i gotta say; this one was ugly looking. (it was a total joke). "eggman can do better than this". "we can just walk right in and no one will notice". said lilly heading for the door.  i then pulled her away. "maybe he's expecting us to do that so he can lead us into a trap". "After all, he is Dr. Eggman". i said. "so how do we get inside"? asked jazmine arms crossed. "with this". i pulled out my love emerald. "this emerald is very powerful if we focus on who we love, so let's do it". i held my hand out holding the love emerald. "where did you get this"? asked lilly excited. "from my planet". lilly placed her hand on it, while nyla did the same. "what are you waiting for jazmine"? Jazmine then gave lilly a look. "i don't do love so i think i'll pass". "fine, then you stay out here and guard us". i said as she shook her head in agreement. the rest of us focused our powers and started disappearing. (remember me and shadow doing that?) "hey, were gone". said lilly jumping up and down. (at least i think she was. it's hard to see when your invisible or if your friend is). we went inside casually. a robot was heading our way. "oh no, we must hide", "their gonna see us". "is this you, right here lilly"? i asked raising my hand. "yeah"? "good". i then knocked her in the back of the head. "ow"! "they cant see us, silly"! "just keep your voice down and will be fine". ~ we started walking down empty halls (for hours). "were never going to find her". "shhh"! i said pushing them back to a door. "look". we peeped through the door and saw a baige fox, with brown hair and purple tips at her ears and tail. she was knocked out. i guess we could go and help her while were finding tina. we decided to chaos controll into the room. we hid behind boxes and waited for the robots to leave. we unstraped the fox and we four chaos controlled out of their.  ~ we appeared outside in front of jazmine. "back so soon"? i nodded as we focused our powers and became visible again. "finally i can see you guys again and myself". said lilly relieved. "where's tina"? asked jazmine confused. "we don't know". "we search all through that building, but couldn't find her anywhere". the fox then stirred and opened her eyes. she sat up and looked at us. "guys, you saved me". the fox said all excited. she jumped up and hugged me tight. "i just knew you would come sophie". (wait, i never told her my name).  "i'm sorry, but how do you know me"? i asked questionably. "what do you mean"? "stop playing games, sophie". jazmine then stepped in. "look, little fox; were trying to find her sister so if you could just run along now". "jazmine, i am her sister, Tina remember"? we all then wore shocked expressions on our faces. "WHAT"! "what did eggman do to you"?!? asked nyla. "what do you mean"? i then picked up a piece of glass lying on the ground. "just take a look". i said as she grasp it into her hands gently. she then looked at it and immediately dropped it, followed by a scream. "what the heck"?!? we then heard alarms go off. "time to go". said lilly running. we followed behind her. as we ran, i pulled out my chaos emerald. "chaos control"! i yelled and me abd rhe others around me vanished. ~ we arrived back at sonic's house. "we made it back in one piece". said nyla catching her breath. i looked around. "oh crap".  "where is jazmine"? i thought to myself.
