BRIA'S POV
Draco took his wand out of his pocket as we made our way downstairs. We weren't expecting anyone; and with The Ministry (The magical government as Draco called it) still looking for Death Eaters who fled that day; it was a little unnerving to say the least.
I tried looking out the window from our door but I realized that it was tinted; I liked it because they couldn't see us and we couldn't see them. All we could see were two silhouettes standing at our door. I was about to grab the handle but Draco stopped me; he shook his head and motioned me to get behind him. I nodded and let him grab the knob; opening it slowly while having his wand in front of him. Then it dawned to me,
"Draco what if they're our neighbours saying hello-"
"-It's not" he replied, he now glared at the two people at the door.
"What are you two doing here?" I peeked around his shoulder and almost gasped when I saw his parents; Lucius and Narcissa. They looked terrible; bags under their eyes and it looked like they haven't showered in a while.
"I don't know why you're here, but my girlfriend and I were happy before you showed up-" I put a hand on his chest and stepped around them; Lucius' stare hardened once he saw that Draco was still with me.
"Would you two like to come inside? You both look like you could use some tea" Lucius scrunched his face up at me while Draco looked to me like I was crazy.
"Why would I want a Muggle making me-" Lucius coughed when Nrcissa jabbed him in the stomach. He rubbed it while looking at her; her firm stare made him sigh.
"I'll take a coffee" I smiled before moving Draco and I out of the way; letting them come in. by now the moving guy had left so it was just the four of us and Comet in the house. We heard him jumping down the stairs and growling at Lucius and Narcissa. I clapped my hands at Comet and shushed him,
"Comet that's not nice to treat our guests; go upstairs!" I pointed towards the stairs and he put his ears down and disappearing once he made it to the top. I turned to Draco's parents and smiled,
"Sorry about that, please take a seat" I gestured towards the three wooden chairs that surrounded our island and they took a seat. I gave Draco a look when he didn't sit down at first and sighed before sitting down beside his mom. I went over to one of the boxes that were labeled 'kitchen stuff' and thankfully found my Keurig that I bought for myself right before the move. I soon realized that if Draco didn't have his coffee in the mornings he was very grumpy for the rest of the day. I plugged it in and poured some water into the side and turned it one; letting the water heat up. I looked into the box and I was happy for my organization skills right now because all I saw in there were coffee and tea pods. I turned to Lucius and Narcissa,
"How do you take your coffee and tea?" Narcissa replied; answering for the both of them.
"I like mine just with two sugars; Lucius just likes black coffee" she gave me a small smile. I heard a tiny beep and looked over; seeing the Keurig was ready I decided to make the coffee first; I preferred tea with Narcissa so I'll make that after. I put some Hawaiian Kona coffee in (it's more expensive than what I'm used to but that's all that Draco drinks) and set a plain black cup underneath; this would be for Lucius. Once the coffee was poured inside I put another coffee pod in and put Draco's favourite mug under it; it was matte grey with his name engraved on it. I walked passed a store called 'Engraved Things' and saw the mug; Draco's favourite colour is grey so I thought I would get him something that had his name on it; he loved it and he's been using it every day since.
Once the coffee was done I handed one to Lucius and one to Draco who immediately took a sip; I felt him relax a bit. But, Lucius was just staring at the coffee as if it was poisoned; Draco frowned at that but when he opened his mouth to say something I stopped him with a glare.
