(Olivia's POV)

I wake up to my phone ringing, "What?", I ask crankily. I pick up my phone and look to see who it is. I pick it up, "Hello?", I ask tiredly. My boss sighs, "Hey, where are you?", he asks. I sit up and rub my eyes, "At home, why?", I ask tiredly. My boss sighs again, "We have this case we need to introduce you to", he says. I yawn, "Okay, I'll be there in 10 minutes", I say and hang up the phone. I sigh, rubbing my eyes, "Great!", I say, not in the mood. I get out of bed, the realization hitting me that James isn't here. A tear I didn't know formed slides down my cheek. I wipe it away, "Get it together Olivia", I say to myself as I get my outfit, getting dressed. I walk into Caleb's room to see him still sleeping. I walk into his room and shake him lightly on the shoulder, "Hey, it's time to get up for school", I say. Caleb opens his eyes, yawning, "I don't want to go", he says. I sigh, 'Well, you have to go, come on, let's get some breakfast", I say softly. Caleb shakes his head, "No", he says stubbornly. I sigh tiredly, "You have to go, come on", I say. Caleb shakes his head, "No", he says, crossing his arms. I roll my eyes, taking his arm, "Come on", I say. Caleb shakes his arm free from my hand, "NOOOOOOOO", he yells out. I shush him, "Your sister is sleeping, we have to go", I say as I pick him up. Caleb scrambles in my arms, "NOOOOOOO", he yells out, throwing a tantrum. I take him downstairs, still in my arms, "You have to go, no exceptions", I say as I sit him in a chair at the table. Caleb looks at me madly, crossing his arms, "No", he says, tears coming out of his eyes. I sigh, handing him a bowl of cereal, "Here", I say as I hand him the bowl. Caleb pushes the bowl away, 'I want PopTarts", he says. I shake my head, pushing the bowl back towards him, "Come on, you have to eat something", I say tiredly. Caleb shakes his head, "No, I want PopTarts", he says in a demand. I roll my eyes again, getting annoyed and angry, "Caleb, eat the cereal", I say annoyed. Caleb sticks his tongue out at me, "I don't want cereal, POPTARTS", he says madly. I pick him out of the chair, sitting him in the corner, "You are gonna sit in this corner until you say sorry and listen to me", I say sternly. Caleb bursts out crying, sitting in the corner, 'I don't want to be in corner", he says sadly. I sigh, "Then you better say sorry and listen to me", I say angrily. Caleb shakes his head, "No", he says stubbornly. I rub my eyes, walking around the kitchen, "You got this Olivia, your fine", I say softly to myself. I then hear crying upstairs, "I'm coming Soph", I say as I rush upstairs. I run into Sophia's room to see Sophia crying, "I'm here baby", I say as I pick her up, rocking her back and forth. Sophia keeps crying, tears coming down her cheek, "It's okay, I got you", I say softly as I walk around the room, rubbing her back. Sophia settles down a bit, playing with my hair, "It's okay sweet pea", I say quietly and I keep walking around the room, rocking her. Sophia keeps crying loudly, "Your probably hungry", I say as I walk out of her room with her. Sophia still cries, "It's okay, we are getting food", I say as I walk downstairs. I get to the bottom and head to the kitchen, "Mommy, when can I get out timeout?", asks Caleb. I sigh, putting Sophia in her highchair, "When you apologize and listen to me", I say annoyed as I get the baby food. Caleb sighs, keeping his arms crossed, "What if I don't pologize?", asks Caleb. I put the baby food in a bowl, putting it on the counter, "Then you stay in timeout", I say as I begin to feed Sophia. I get a spoonful of baby food and make the choo choo train, "Here come's the choo choo train, open wide", I say as the spoon gets closer to her mouth. Sophia opens her mouth, eating the food, "You were hungry, that's why you were crying", I say smiling. Sophia laughs, clapping her chubby hands, "I'm hungry", says Caleb. I sigh, giving Sophia another spoonful of baby food, "Eat your cereal then, I know it's soggy but, if you listen to me, I'll give you new cereal", I say as I wipe Sophia's mouth off. Sophia laughs, putting her hands into the baby food, "No Sophia, that is for eating, not playing", I say softly. Sophia smears it on her cheeks, laughing, "Great, now I have to wash your face", I say. I look at the time on my watch, "8:40 A.M, great", I say to myself as I walk over to the sink, getting a wet paper towel. I come back to Sophia in her highchair and gently wipe the baby food off her face, "Can I come out now?", asks Caleb. I pick up Sophia from her highchair, patting her back, "No, not until you apologize and eat your food", I say as I pat Sophia's back. Sophia burps, laughing, "Good girl", I say as put her in her highchair. I then hear the front door open, "I'm here", says my mother. I rub my eyes, "I'm in the kitchen", I say tiredly. My mother walks into the kitchen to see me holding Sophia, Caleb in the corner, "Liv, you look exhausted", my mother says worriedly. I shrug my shoulders, "It's life", I say as I hand her Sophia. My mother coos at her while I get Caleb's backpack, "Come on Caleb, you gotta go to school", I say as I pick him up from the corner, putting him on my hip. Caleb stays mad, "I'm hungry, I want PopTarts", he says. I shake my head, heading out to the car, "No", I say as I strap him in his car seat. Caleb keeps his arms crossed, "Why no Poptarts?", asks Caleb madly. I get in the car, sighing, "Because, it's too much sugar, it's not healthy", I say tiredly as I start the car. I then pull out of our drive way and head to Caleb's preschool staying silent the whole ride.
