Yasmines POV

It was noon now and me and Sasha made it back to the house. The text from Adam saying that they had found some kind of information made us rush. Me and Sasha were now at the doorstep, she rang the doorbell and right away Adam opened the door, "Finally you guys are here," he said, in what sounded like relief. Adams walked us down the hallway and dropped the things on the kitchen counter top.  As I look up Slim, Kevin, and Aliya standing there as well. "We checked the pictures of the file I took over again and this is what we found" Aliya said handing me a packet of stacked papers. "Yasmine, Harris was instituted  into radley in June, 2 weeks after you guys separated," Sasha claimed." I didn't want to believe that the man I had once loved was brought into an asylum because of me. Because I had left him, and broke his heart. He was madly in love and I ruined that. The thing I hadn't thought through was the fact that someone was going in with my name. This person clearly knew I was the cause for whatever he was going through..."Supposedly his mother passing away was another reason why he was there, you leaving leaving him was jogging his memory of how another woman in his life had walked out," Kevin said, I looked up again. September 28, 2017, I thought, the day of his mother's disappearance. No body, just claimed to be dead. My thoughts all over the place.. "Yasmine!" Adam said, I snapped out of my imagination. We also found letters, someone and Harris were sending back to back letters with someone. "Could it be a friend, family member..?" Layla said. "Who knows, but all we have are Harris' letters to this person." "Great no name," Slim says as he scoffs. As I look at the letter that reads: "You were everything to me, losing you was hard I can't lie. dad is a bad man, he tells lies about me to everyone around our, family, neighborhood, basically the whole town. I hope his lies don't reach you one day cause only you..saw the light that even I didn't see in me. He never cared much about me as you can tell, but when you were in my life..I felt cared for.. -H.J." My eyes were watery just reading this I can't lie.. but I quickly wiped my eyes before anyone noticed. "O-Obviously this was for someone he cared about," I said. "Yeah but who would he say this to, for all we know this might be to his brother or Yasmine," Adam says in confusion.

Harris' POV
Right when I thought she cared for me she stopped visiting and coming to see me. She was the only thing pushing me forward to get better and out of that place. She knew I was there and more importantly she knew my dad didn't wanna deal with me. He didn't even once ask if I was okay before he threw me into that place. And yet she left... again.

Adam's POV
This whole Harris situation has gotten everyone stressed out. But, mainly Yasmine, I can see it in her face. I just wonder why she feels as if this is her fault. The guy is psycho, I don't know where her guilt is coming from. Harris is in control of the kinds of person he is and has be become. Guilt is stopping her from seeing what's really going on. But i somewhat understand..I'll just do what I've been doing this entire time and keep her safe.
