You woke up with a wave of nausea. You glared at the bright lights of the hospital room. You ripped out the IV and ran to the bathroom connected to the room. Barely making it to the toilet as you emptied your insides.  Spencer got up, noticing you weren't in bed. He heard you heaving in the bathroom. He quickly walked over there and gingerly held up your hair as you finished throwing up.

"Th-thanks. I-I'm sorry I pulled the IV out I just..." You panted. Spencer rubbed your back as he let go of your hair. You turned around, expecting to see a nurse. But to your surprise it was Spencer. You grew embarrassed of Spencer seeing you throw up and what happened between you earlier.

"Are-are you okay?" Spencer asked awkwardly.

"Um...can you give me a second...?" You said as you looked away from him. Spencer nodded as he left the bathroom. He stood near the door, thinking about what he would say or do. "Were you really mad at him?" Spencer thought over and over again. You tried cleaning up the best you can, washing your mouth and face. Afraid of what Spencer was going to do. You looked at yourself in the mirror, feeling absolutely horrible. You were dizzy and cold. Your anxiety ate up at you. You took a deep breath and wet your face again. You looked at yourself disgusted.

"No wonder he hates you." You mumbled under your breath. Spencer heard you. His heart stopped as guilt overwhelmed him. You timidly walked over to the door and opened it. Spencer stumbled over. He awkwardly steadied himself and gave you an awkward smile.

"S-Spencer...I'm so sorry I should've acted quicker or-or shouldn't have taken the drink at all...I know it doesn't change anything but I-" You choked up. Spencer pulled you in for a hug.

"Please don't Y/n...I'm sorry for yelling at you...and about earlier. I don't hate you at all. I-Derek frustrates me sometimes and was taken completely out of context. I should be the one apologizing." Spencer said quietly, hugging you tighter and began to rock back and forth.

"But you were right, there could be another victim out there and-" You started, Spencer shushed you.

"Y/n...I didn't mean it. I-I was just...upset. But I shouldn't have taken it out on you. I'm sorry. I hope you can forgive me..." Spencer mumbled into your hair. You were the first to let go, you looked up at him with tears falling from your eyes. You smiled a bit.

"Please don't cry Y/n..." Spencer said as he wiped your tears. He wished he could hold onto you like this forever.

"Of course I forgive you...I've just had a bad day...first I get gum on my shoe next thing you know I get drugged with what? by some maniac." You said with a chuckle. Spencer smiled a bit too, before realizing you could've gotten the unsub's name.

"He drugged you with chloroform...Did he ever tell you his name?" Spencer asked. Your eyes widened in realization.

"Y-Yeah. He said his name is Arlo. I don't know why it sounded familiar, but he seemed almost upset that I didn't recognize him...he also told me he'll see me again, whatever that meant..." You said puzzled.

"Spence, can you please ask the doc when I can leave? We need to find him. Soon." You pleaded. Spencer hesitated, but couldn't bring himself to say no to you.

"Okay...go talk to Garcia and tell her everything you know." Spencer said. You nodded as he handed you his phone and walked out of the room. You dialed Garcia's numbed and turned around, your back facing the door.

"Green means go." Garcia said.

"Hey, Garcia..." You said sort of timidly. You heard her gasp.

"Y/n! Oh my gosh your-your okay! How-how are you feeling? Where's Spencer I heard he stayed with you." Garcia exclaimed. You laughed a bit
