Beam's POV

Something was bothering Kit and I know it was something big. I have never seen him break down like this the way he did while ago. Last time he cried like that was when he left Bangkok and came to live in states.

I will not force him to tell me what's bothering him though, if he will feel like telling me then he will.... I know that. I guess something has happened between P'Ming and him and that's the reason he is reacting this way. I hope whatever it is, it's not big.

"Beam." I heard Forth's voice whispering my name in his sleep.

I was in my room sitting on sofa doing some work and Forth was fast asleep after taking his medicine. He was pretty much healed by now, he was able to do few thing on his own now like brushing his teeth and changing his clothes. He still needed help in walking and bathing though, not much just a bit.

"Beam." he said my name again.

I went near his bed, sit beside him and grab his hand. "What happen Forth?" I whisper to him. I touch his forehead to make sure his fever hasn't come back again. He is been on and off with fever for past few days, Wayo said it was due to pain there is nothing to be worry about.

"Beam." he said in weak voice again.

"Yes Forth."

"Beam." he was barely whispering now.

"I am here Forth." I kiss his forehead and decided to lay down with him, since it was almost midnight now. I close my files and laptop and put them inside my back, after that I turn off the lights and get under cover with Forth.

I spoon his body into mine and buried my face into his nape, smelling his scent. I guess he notice my presence so he turn around and buried his face into crook of my neck , his breathing sending tingling sensation to my body.

Jay and Neo were still investigating about Forth's attackers and so far they have come to the conclusion that the person who ask those attackers to attack Forth is from our company only, but who that person could be, it was still not clear.

With all the thoughts about Forth and Kit I snuggle close to Forth and went into dreamland.

"Morning Beamie." Kit came into kitchen with wide smile on his face and hugged me.

"Morning Kitty." I hug him back.

"Umm..thanks for letting me stay last night." he said.

"Tsk!! no need to thanks na Kit, you are friend. Anyway, sit down I will serve you breakfast." I said finish preparing breakfast.

"Well...err...I...I need to go. It's really important, I hope you won't mind."

"Not at all Kit, you can go and if you need to talk , then you know I am always here for you, right." I patted his shoulder.

He nodded, hug me one more time and left.

Phana and Wayo were out of city to give invitation for their wedding. Yes, they were still going through wedding even after Phana and Wayo protested due to Forth's condition. But Forth being Forth , he convinced them somehow, so they end up postponing the wedding by moving to next month, which was two weeks after.
