Friday had come, but Cas couldn't find himself feeling excited about the weekend. He just felt a pit in his stomach. He slowly made his way into the bathroom, sticking the toothbrush in his mouth and brushing carelessly. The mirror looked back at him, another version of himself appearing. The messy hair and blues eyes only made more blue by crying mirrored his own.

He spit his toothpaste into the sink, a bit of blood from where he brushed the gums going with the spit. Cas grabbed the comb and tried to make his hair neater, spraying a touch of hairspray over it.

Downstairs smelled of toast and brown sugar. Gabriel. Cas turned into the kitchen, stopping for a moment when he saw his brother.

Gabe had toasted three pieces of cinnamon sugar toasted and seemingly piled every sweet thing he could find in the kitchen on it. On Gabe's plate layed a monstrosity of toast, icing, whipcream, skittles, and brown sugar. Cas gagged. "You're going to get diabetes, Gabe."

"At least I'll be happy." He glanced over at Cas, pouting slightly, before taking a bite of his toast. Gabe's face lit up in joy as he bit it. "That's the best toast ever, Cassie."

Cas shook his head, leaving the room before the sweet aroma became to much for him. He didn't want to eat today. He didn't want to go to school either, but he knew he had to. "Bye, Gabe."

Gabe let out a sigh. He knew how much Cas hated this guy amd he also knew how hard it was going to be on Cas to teach him. The toast made a small crunch as he bit into it. Gabe knew he could kill this guy and take away Cas' responsibility but he also knew that'd be super suspicious to his family. Gabe had already had a few too many "accidents" and he knew he couldn't afford another.

First and second period were too short for Cas' liking. He didn't know when he had to tell Dean his decision, but he assumed it was math, the one class they had together. As Cas walked into third period, he found Dean sitting in his seat, staring casually at Cas. He raised his hand in a "come over here" motion.

Cas did not want to go over there at all. In fact, he didn't want to go over there so bad that he turned on his heels and walked right out of math. He heard a chair squeal and footsteps behind him. All these did were make him walk faster.

A firm hand on his shoulder pulled him around. Dean stood there, looking at him. "Stop walking and tell me what you decided."

Cas felt like a child for being so upset and indecisive. He knew he had no choice but to help Dean be a hunter, but he didn't want to. It was bad enough when he'd corner him after class, but Cas dreaded spending every day after school with Dean. He knew he couldn't look upset with Dean right in front of him so he took a deep breath and stared Dean in the eyes.

"Fine. I'll teach you. Also, it's hunter, not monster hunter."

Dean smiled, taking his hand off Cas' shoulder. "Good choice." He turned around and walked back to class.

Cas stood there for a second, staring at the floor. He turned around and punched the wall hard enough that he left some of his blood behind.

Cas leaned against the brick wall outside the school, waiting for Dean to hurry up. School had ended ten minutes ago and he still hadn't walked out. Apparently the only time he left school on time was when he was being a stalker.
