What does inspire me?

There is a lot that goes into what inspires people to do what they want to do with their life. As someone who has never lived a normal home life, I have started to want to teach to tell people that do not have the same life as most kids that life will change. I have been inspired to become an educator because of my parents, a few teachers, and I want to inspire students that anything is possible. Some inspirations came from how one of brothers who has ADHD and from myself, there can be times where it will take a while to learning things.

The teachers that inspire me were the fine arts teachers and my choir teacher that taught me all throughout high school. The two fine arts teachers (will be named Mrs. P and Mr. H) the two of them showed me that no matter how different you are from others that you can do whatever you set your mind, too. Mrs. P helped guide the students she taught, but as well as letting them be themselves. She helped by pushing students whether it was educationally or through their works of art. For Mrs. P pushing myself and other students, she was one reason I want to be an educator because I want to strive to get students motivated, similarly she did to myself. Mr. H pushed students who he new where going to be better than they thought they were at art. He taught how that no matter what anyone can overcome struggles and it is okay to be whatever they want to strive at doing. The choir teacher ( will reference as Mr.W) had shown that it does not matter where someone has came from, but all that matters it that everyone has made it here for a reason and that without moving past struggles no one cannot follow their heart. Mr. W inspired me to keep moving that to future generation by being an educator because educators are people that see students frequently and (like parents) teach students to be great people.

Throughout elementary, junior high, and high school there were a handful of teachers that I was not a big fan off. The teachers seemed like they were there because they were they a lot already that they were there to get paid and not lose their job. At times a few of the teachers had lost sight of why they were really wanted to become a teacher and did not care about every student who might need help but only those students they liked. Those particular teachers still inspired me to become a teacher because I want to help every student and want to motivate students each day I walk in the school even if I would rather not be at school teaching.

In the future, as I teach, I look forward to helping students and be someone who believes in every student I teach because there are some students who do not have anyone that believes in them or motivates them at home. I am concerned in that while I am teaching, I may have students who screw around in class, do not care about how they are doing in school, or even a student who is disrespectful to teachers or classmates. There are a lot of great things that will come out of teaching as well as a lot of not so great things to come out of teaching. One thing that I wish I could see change is to make it easier for teachers to financially more stable.

In general the education system could be doing a lot better because in some areas. There are states or counties, in the U.S., where they have to shut down schools. Sometimes they have to lay off teachers because of the fact the district does not have enough money to keep teachers around much longer. I love to see schools change, so students want to learn and teachers can get paid a fair/right amount. There are schools who need need major improvement and better schools will help improve the country as a whole. I see myself as someone who can, or tries, to make improvement in the district or school that I end up working at and maybe trying to set the bar for school education in the United States of America.

There are plenty of reasons that I want to become a teacher but what inspires me to teach is that there are students who do not feel accepted and I want to make everyone feel accepted. There are teachers who did not realize they made want to teach others because of the things they did not realize they taught me. I would like to pass what the teachers taught me to other students. My why on becoming a teacher are the teachers who taught me and students that I will teach in the future
