I don't own naruto.

The next morning Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari left before most people in the village were awake, only Kakashi and Shikamaru were there to see them off.
At the Uchiha residence, Itachi woke up early as usual.

I will make Sasuke some breakfast and we can spend the morning together like always.-Itachi said smiling while cooking breakfast

Hey itachi.-Hinata said walking out of Sasuke's room

Hinata, not that's any of my business but, why did you just come out of Sasuke's room?-Itachi asked trying to stay composed

I fell asleep here yesterday,and got cold so I went to talk to Sasuke and he told me to sleep with him.-Hinata said truthfully

Oh well that's nice, I guess you will be joining us for breakfast then.-Itachi said smiling once again

Oh no it's alright, I don't want to intrude.-Hinata said blushing slightly

You wouldn't be intruding Hinata, plus I think Sasuke would want you to stay a little while longer.-Itachi said as he smiled while finishing up cooking breakfast

Hey Hinata are you staying for breakfast?-Sasuke asked as he came out of his room

Of course she is Sasuke, she's your girlfriend, and she stayed here, least we can do is feed her.-Itachi said jokingly trying to sound somewhat serious

Thanks for cooking breakfast for us Itachi.-Hinata said as she started to eat breakfast

No problem.-Itachi said with a smile

So what are you going to do today Itachi?-Sasuke asked as he sat next to Hinata and started eating

I'm not sure, I guess just try to avoid Karin and Sakura.-Itachi said with a small laugh

Told you they're crazy.-Sasuke said with a smirk

They both seem nice, but I don't want them to get the wrong idea, plus I feel like I have learned enough about you and the village.-Itachi said with a small smile

Hinata are you okay, you've been quiet this morning.-Sasuke said looking over at her

Huh oh I was just enjoying Itachi's wonderful cooking Hinata said as she got up and put her plate in the sink

Thank you Hinata.-Itachi said looking at his and Sasuke's plates that still had more food on them

I have to get going, but I'll see you guys later, oh and thanks again for breakfast Itachi.-Hinata said as she left quietly out the front door

She must have been hungry.-Sasuke said while finishing his food

I guess so, or maybe I am a good cook.-Itachi said with a smile

Unexpectedly there was a knock at the door.

If that's Karin or Sakura tell them I already went out.-Itachi said as he went into his room

Sasuke got up and opened the door.
It was Sakura, which slightly annoyed Sasuke

Hi Sasuke, is Itachi here?-Sakura said trying to look inside Sasuke's home

No he went out earlier.-Sasuke said annoyed at Sakura

Oh alright, well if you see him tell him I'm looking for him.-Sakura said as she left with a smile

Sasuke closed the door and walked back into the kitchen.

Sakura is gone, you can come out now.-Sasuke said smirking

Itachi came out of his room, and said. "Thank you Sasuke."

Then there was another knock at the door.

Sasuke I'm guessing it's Karin, you know what to do.-Itachi said as he walked back into his room

Sasuke opened the door to Karin.

Hey Sasuke, before you say it, I know Itachi is home so just let me come in please.-Karin said looking at Sasuke awkwardly

Fine come in, but don't make a mess or touch anything.-Sasuke said as he let her in

Alright thank you Sasuke.-Karin said happily

Itachi, Karin is here I couldn't stop her from coming in.-Sasuke said as he left his home

Hey Karin.-Itachi said as he came out of his room

Hey, why did you tell Sakura that you weren't home?-Karin said curiously

Oh, well you know I just had some things to do and she, can be a little bit much sometimes.-Itachi said with a small chuckle

Yeah, that's true but you can't get rid of me that easily, I'm one of the best sensory type ninjas around.-Karin said laughing

I see, well then let's get going.-Itachi said as he guided her toward the door to leave

Oh where are we going?-Karin said slightly blushing

We are going to the market to get groceries for Sasuke and I.-Itachi said as he locked the door

Oh well alright, I'm just glad we get to spend more time together.-Karin said as she smiled at Itachi
