Hey! Sorry it's late, I was sick for the past few days. But whenever I tried to write I just couldn't think of a way to word it that I was happy with. On top of that the amount of school work I'm getting is only increasing.

Todoroki POV

Midoryia's hair was tickling Shoto's nose. Todoroki wasn't complaining though, it smelt nice, they were warm, and together. He cuddled the smaller boy closer and tighter his grip on the blankets, as he listened to the patter of a soft drizzle hit the outside of the tent. The tent was a little chilly, but the shared space with Midoryia kept him at a cosy temperature without having to activate his quirk

Drifting in and out of sleep, he heard the rain die down and the camp begin to come to life outside as their classmates clambered out if their own tents. Shoto sighed and gave himself 5 more minutes before he would force himself out if the tent and into the morning air. He counted in his head, but soon lost concentration because he was watching the rise and fall of Midoryia's chest, and how a single strand if hair was being moved by the greenette's breath.

He finally kissed Deku softly on the temple and dragged himself away from the other boy. Shoto went outside and greeted his classmates that were awake, Sero looked like he didn't sleep at all. Todoroki restarted the fire quickly and began to cook some bacon and sausages. He set some aside on two plates before calling the others over to take theirs. After taking a few slices of bread, he returned to the tent and gently shook his boyfriend awake.

"Hey," Shoto said softly, "Hey I made you some breakfast." Todoroki blushed slightly as he admired Izuku's deep green eyes flutter open and focus on him.

"Sho..." Midoryia murmured. He slowly got up on one elbow and rubbed his eye, he jumped slightly when Shoto reached out and ruffled his curly hair. He pushed the plate onto Midoryia's lap and sat opposite him. They ate in silence as Izuku slowly woke up. They put one plate on top of the other and proceeded to get dressed. Todoroki heard a small gasp from beside him as he brought his pajama shirt over his head, he looked over to the side and saw a bright red Midoryia quickly turn away.

They unzipped the entrance to their tent and Shoto watched as his little greenette climbed out and stretched in the morning sun and fresh air. The pair stood together for a moment and Todoroki took in the wonderful view, they had been blessed with a warm day in September, all of their class was spread in a few groups sitting on the grass or by the fire, and he stood beside his boyfriend... The boy he loved the most.

"I should tell him... He deserves to know how much I care about him. Even if I embarrass myself!" Todoroki was shocked at how similar this felt, it was just like before he confessed to Izuku. The thought of this filled him with determination, it had worked out well then, why wouldn't it work out well now? But he couldn't do it now, this deserved more than the slightly humid morning in the woods. Shoto would have to think up a plan.

Shoto and Izuku strolled over to their group of friends and sat down, completing the small circle. Todoroki was quiet though, his mind was on bigger things than the current conversation about schoolwork and middle school stories. He knew that everyone was planning on swimming in the lake today, but he didn't see an opportunity there. Shoto wanted this to be romantic, just the two of them, maybe he could take him for a walk tonight and sit in the big clearing they found the day before.

Shoto smiled to himself, and was very glad he did as everyone else burst out laughing from something Sero said, so it wasn't suspicious. The clearing he thought of over-looked the picturesque lake, which was in a vally of sorts. On the edge of the cliff there was an area that was sheltered from the wind, but you could still see a good distance over the lake and the forest beyond. Shoto was beginning to get nervous though, his knee was bounicing on its own and his hands sere getting slightly sweaty. But he had a plan, and he wasn't the type to back out of something he had decided on. Shoto was dragged out if his thoughts by someone placing a gentle hand on his knee to stop it from bouncing.
