Liu's POV

After a while, we had been successful in making cookies. "Wow. Not bad." Soon a cookie was shoved into my face. "Do you want the first bite?" How could I possibly say no to that? After I took a bite, I was immediately hit with the sugary goodness. You see, when you eat Erin's cookies you're taking a bite of heaven. Stay cool Liu, get yourself together. "Not bad." I watched as she took a bite of the cookie and have the same reaction I did. "Mmm... Good..." "I'll go get-" I was cut off by my twin brother running into the doorway. "I smell cookies??" Erin had that gentle mom smile spread across her lips as she gave a small laugh at him. " Come and get one."  I heard a small squeal emit from him and he tip tapped into the room to get one. He took the cookie as soon as his mom gave it to him and I laughed slightly at him cause it was so pure when he nommed it. I even heard a slight laugh from Erin. "Good?" Liam quickly nodded his head. "Mhm!" "Yay. 😊" I walked over to ruffle his hair and stop him from taking any more. " Ya can have more after dinner, Lima boy." "What's for dinner?" What's something he'd enjoy? "How's spaghetti sound?" "I'll cook." I looked at Erin like she had committed a federal crime when she said that. "We have to go make sure the others are ok with it. I'll go get the votes." "I wanna help cook!" A small laugh came from Erin at us. "Of course."
So off I went. My first stop was Jax's room, so I went upstairs and knocked on his door. "Hey Gurl?" I waited until the nerd opened the door. "Yes?" "Hey. Is spaghetti ok for dinner?" "Yes, that sounds nice." "Good. Cya then." I headed off for my next destination, Bailey's room. I stopped and knocked on the green scale printed door. Again, I waited until she opened the door. "Yeah?" "How's spaghetti sound for dinner?" "Heck yeah. Sounds great." "Aight. Cya then." After that, I headed downstairs to see the other 2 still in the kitchen. "It's chill." "Okie dokie! Let's get cookin!" "Yeah!" I smiled but it soon faded as a question crossed my mind. "Hey Erin? Should we invite Alec?" "Ugh..." But I know she doesn't get along with Alec but I also knew she wouldn't dare say know to the pure voice that echoed around us. "I think that's a good idea! He hasn't been outta his room all day! Please mom?" "Mm... Alright..." And now, my plan to get them to make up. "Can you go get him? I'll start dinner." "... Do I have to?"  "It would be a big help." "Fine..." I watched as she headed upstairs to go knock on the black chipped door.

Alec's POV

I was sitting in my room, minding my own business when I hear a knock on my door. I forced myself to get up and go unlock the door to open it. I let out a low growl when I saw who it was... Erin. "What do YOU want?" "I wanted to know if you wanted to come down for dinner.... It's not ready yet, but it's spaghetti." I really don't wanna deal with her and I owned it. "I don't really care. I'm not hungry anyways." I thought that was it and so I started shutting the door. She stopped me by leaning in between the door and the frame. "C'mon, Liam wants you to come down..." "He can deal with it. I'm not showing up cause you guys will have just as much fun if not more without me." "Alec, please. You've been in your room all day." She's obviously not letting up any time soon. And shes starting to cut my temper short. "Leave me alone." "No." "Yes." I pushed her out and shut the door to start to lock it again.  I heard the knock on it again. " Alec please... Listen, I'm sorry I got upset with you earlier... I really want to get along with you, but it's just hard sometimes... It was wrong of me to be angry with you, and I really want you to come down for dinner so we can all be together as a family... " "I'm not part of your damn family." "Don't you get that we want you to be?"
"I don't care... I'm not... I'm not part of any family. Just... Leave me be." I heard a sigh come from the other side. "Alright... But please reconsider..."
I sighed as sat down against the door. " Go away..." "Ok... Sorry I bothered you..." I heard her footsteps as she started to walk away. I got up and punched the wall cause I ALWAYS manage to screw up my chances of being loved. She must've heard my knuckles hit the wall cause her footsteps paused. Did she actually feel bad? No way. She hates me. They all do. And they always will.
