Author's POV:

A few minutes later, Y/n came back with all the supplies needed. This includes medicines, first aid kit, food, water, and etc.

The lady looked with wide eyes at all the things the kid bought. ' T-There's too much stuff' She thought. She furrowed her eyebrows. Y/n noticed this and asked in a cutely concerned voice. " Are you alright?" The lady looked at him and scoffed. " Hmph! Take a look yourself!" She said, turning away from him.

"S-Sorry. I forgot." He said sheepishly. He then began dressing her wounds. There was nothing but silence, but it was destroyed by a grumbling sound. Y/n looked at the lady. The lady looked at him, red as a tomato. " What?" She asked nonchalantly at him. " Aren't you hungry?" He asked. Her stomach began to growl and grumble again.

" Listen to your stomach ms." He said. He grabbed a random treat, which happens to be his favourite. He handed it over the lady. The lady looked at the food. Tempted to eat it, but stopped herself. She just crossed her arms and looked away. " I'm not hungry. And I'm not going to eat something that was given to me. Especially a human's" She said meanly.

Y/n looked at the treat and sighed. " But it was my favourite." He muttered quietly and sadly. He placed the treat beside him and continued to attend to her wounds again. Meanwhile, the lady was trying to fight the urge to eat. Since she was afraid of the contents.

She heard Y/n muttering sadly earlier about the food being his favourite. Normally, Dark Mu wouldn't care. But she felt her heart being heavy. No way, was she feeling guilty? Was she feeling guilty that she didn't ate the child's offering? ' *sigh* Might as well try it' She thought. She looked towards Y/n's offering.

" Fine I'll eat it." She extended her left hand at him. " Give your stupid human food." She said while rolling her eyes. Y/n smiled and gave her the food.

Y/n's POV:

I was so happy that she accepted the food I gave her! I noticed she looked hesitant and wary of the food. Maybe she didn't know or heard of this particular food yet? He watched her took a bite and chewed. She chewed and chewed.

She let out a small ' yum ' and smiled. She looked towards me. Her face turned mean. " What are you looking at?! Finish it!" She shouted annoyed. I laughed and smiled again. I continued to dress her wounds. Even though she's sometimes mean and rude. She is really funny. But she does look familiar though.

I took a peak at her face. Her cheeks are full and there are little bits of food on her cheeks. She looked so funny. I quietly giggled while continuing my work.

~few days later~

Its been a few days since I met ' The Lady', that's what I would call her now. She didn't tell me her name, nor she has any interest in saying it. She calls me ' Smiley Weirdo ' by the way. It was quite an unusual name, but U like being unique. So I have no problem whatsoever.

I was preparing food for The Lady. She lives in the woods. Where I found her. I took the snack and placed it in my backpack and closing it after. I wore it and went outside. Being very careful that no one wakes up. I would always sneak outside at night. By the window or back door. Rarely the front door, since its the creakiest door in the orphanage.

I ran towards the forest and quickly disappearing through the trees and darkness.

~ few minutes later ~

Dark Mu's POV:

Me and the Smiley Weirdo had been meeting in the forest for almost everynight. He was the most annoying and curious person you'll ever meet. But that what's make him so unique.

He would never stop until he gets what he wants. He is so patient and understanding that it gets to my nerves sometimes. Not in my life have I met someone who understands and cares about me.

It was a very foreign but soothing feeling for me. But I have to be aware that he might be a spy or a ninja in disguise. And he doesn't even knows my name yet. He might feel scared or angry when he knew I was Dark Mu. Wait, why am I feeling upset over him fearing me? I wanted him to fear me.
Right?

I sighed and looked at the dark sky, glittering with stars above me. I smiled a small smile. ' I will be back. And I will take revenge to you, turtles!' I thought.

" Hi!" I looked towards my life. Y/n was standing over there on a log. Suddenly I felt concerned and fear. " You're never stopping until I told you my name huh?" I said casually. He nodded, eagerness present in his eyes and curiosity in his blood. Making him excited.

"Okay.. But promise you'll not tell anyone nor freak out okay? " I said with caution. I hesitated to speak. ' What if he freaks out? ' What if he will tell anyone?' ' What if he's a foe? '. I shook my head to get rid of those thoughts and took a deep breath. " I..am.. Dark Mu.. The evil fairy who is the root of everyone's fears.. " I said as I lowered my head. Shame and fear filling me.

Y/n's POV:

I sat there in shock. The lady I helped. Is the fairy who..killed my parents? Dark Mu. I will never forget that name, until the day I die. My head lowered slowly as shock, anger, confusion, and sadness filled me. Then I heard someone crying. I looked at Dark Mu. Tears are falling from her eyes. Her dark hair covering her red, puffy eyes. Sobbing hardly she said.

" I KNOW!! I KILLED YOUR PARENTS AND I KNOW I ALSO KILLED YOU BY THAT!! I COULDN'T FORGIVE MYSELF!! EVER SINCE YOU HELPED ME AND CARED FOR ME! I-I..felt....guilty... Guilty for everything I have done.. Knowing those people I hurt are people like you.. I did those to please my 'father'.... I was wrong!...." After that silence filled the area. No one talked after that. Dark Mu kept sobbing. Telling herself terrible things. I still couldn't believe.

I treated her as a friend. No, even more than that. As a mother... A parent.. But I was following the wrong person... Or am I? I looked towards her. I walked to her crying and sobbing form and..hugged her. She froze. Assuming shock and confused..

" W-why?... Why did you forgive me?...A monster... A heartless and cold creature... " She whispered faintly.

" Because... You have changed! You aren't a monster. Even though you killed my parents. I have forgiven you a long time ago. I don't hold grudges.. And you are definitely not! Heartless.. In fact.. You are kind, generous, trustworthy, and amazing. I actually think of you as my...parent.." I said as I hugged her tighter.

Author's POV:

They both talked about themselves. Dark Mu smiled warmly for the first time as she finally found someone who cares.. Someone who she wouldn't mind to live with her forever.

" Dark.. I need to go now. I'll see you tomorrow again. Bye! " He said as he ran away back to the orphanage. Dark Mu waved goodbye to the running child. She sat there. Boredom soon enveloping her. Then an idea came to her mind. ' I might as well thank him for forgiving me, but saying it isn't enough.. ' She smiled and decided to get ready.

~Next day~

Y/n played with his toys in the room. As usual alone. While playing, he thought about the fun thing that he and Dark Mu would do later. As he played. A caretaker approached and knock on the door. Catching Y/n's attention.

" Y/n, pack your things because you are getting adopted.. " She smiled warmly while walking away. Y/n was left confused, but decided to do what the lady said. After a while, he went down and was surprised at who he found. It was Dark Mu! But she looked different..

She looked towards me and smiled. It was indeed Dark Mu! He smiled and ran up to her. Hugging her tightly then sit beside her. After a bunch of questions and paperwork. Dark Mu and Y/n went out the door and spend the rest of the their life as a family..
