Imaginary friend~ Mikey x Ghost *Oc*

Ghost's P.O.V~

I sit on my best friend's bed as we talk, he's name is Mikey and I'm his 'imaginary friend'. I'm surprise that he still sees me and talks to me at this age, usually imaginary friends have faded at the ages 8-10 because the kids they stayed with don't believe anymore but not me. Mikey and I have been friends since he's 6 and now he's 11, yup 11 and I'm still here, I wonder why? He keep talking about his older brother, Raph, these past days. Saying he's mean and he's no fun..

Raph keeps teasing him about me, as a imaginary friend wasn't easy... Sometimes you got to experience your friend being bullied or teased because no one but him sees you, and you can't do anything but stand and watch.. I really hate Raph, I feel like he's going to do something bad to Mikey when he grew older and I'm right.. 

Then Mikey started crying, '' I wish everyone can see you.'' he wished, looking down. I wish too..

'' Don't worry, maybe someday they can see me.'' I said, holding he's shoulder comfortably.

'' Really?'' He ask.

'' Yeah.'' I answered.

But as I expected, as days gone by, I started to...fade... 

Mikey started to get close to everyone, he's always with Leo watching Space Heroes or playing video games.. He only goes inside he's room to rest or escape Raph's anger, he never talk to me and when I tried to call him.. he ignores me... Now he's 15 but I'm still here...

I wish I'm gone because it hurt, I never go out of his room and follow him like I used to. I'm always greeted with a bruised, beaten up Mikey and I could hear his crying, it hurt me a lot... On some nights, I bandage him or sing to him to sleep, I always have to hear his brother's insults and his sorry's.. 

He's out with his friends, April and Casey, I look at my hands to see them barely visible. I sigh and look around his messy, dark room. ' Maybe I can at least clean the place before I disappear.' I thought. I walk out of his room to grab cleaning supplies, I walk back in and started to clean. When I'm done, I left a letter on his door to say goodbye which I doubt he'll read. 

Then I start to fade and fade and fade, one by one disappearing. I smile and take one last look at Mikey's clean room and close my eyes.

'' I love you Mikey, I'm sorry..'' Then I disappeared.

Mikey's P.O.V~

I was about to open my bedroom door and crash onto my bed when I saw a letter? No one's here because we're all at April's house, I take the letter and open my bedroom door. I flick the lights open and  jump in surprise, my room's clean? That's weird.. I walk to my bed and crash on it, I lay down and stared at the ceiling. I then grab the letter, opening it and began reading the message:

'' Dear Mikey, 

Hi I'm still here, barely. I had been watching you grow over the pass years, and you grown so much. I've cleaned your room to surprise you and left this letter to let you know who did it, also I left some fresh, hot pizza on the table. 

I just want to say goodbye to you, those days we're fun though. You will be my best friend forever...

Ghost.''

I felt tears going down my face as I read the letter, ' Ghost, my best friend, how could I forget and abandoned her for the past years?' I thought. I drop the letter on the soft mattress and cried, then I saw more writing on the back.

'' Promise me, you'll be strong and always smile. Make everyone smile and take note, I'll always be here. Even if you can't see me, I'm here...''

I smile as I feel arms hugging me, I know it's her and her only...

Extended ending:

I walk to the living room after crying, I sat on the couch and opened the television.

'' Breaking news, a little girl had been murdered. She wore a light blue dress with a white rounded collar, a little red ribbon and white shoes. Her hair was tied in a ponytale. Her heart was taken and she had a huge gash on her arm. Her name's Ghost Fade..'' The news lady said..

I froze, the girl on the picture looked like Ghost. Heck, her name too. I turn around to find Ghost standing there with wounds and blood all around her, my eyes widen as she said one. final. word

'' I forgive you.''
