Chapter 10: Ashton The Warlock.

"I'm going to tell you everything."

I nodded when Aston said that.  "I'm a warlock Kevin." I looked at him confused. "What is a warlock ?" I asked. "A warlock is something like you humans call wizards."

"Wow , that's so cool ! Do you have a magic wand." Ashton stopped for a second. "No i don't. We don't need wands." Ashton answered.

"So you have magical abilities. It's doesn't sound that dangerous you know." Ashton shook his head. "The dangerous part Kevin is the dark lord."

"Wait The dark lord as lord Voldemort? Is he real ?" I asked excited. Ashton chuckled. "I wish. No Kevin. The dark lord is as u humans call him A fallen angel. Also known as the Devil."

I kind of felt weird when he told me that it was the devil. I mean I always thought those things were just made up by people. "We warlocks and witches need to serve the dark lord. At our sixteenth birthday we need to sign our name in the book of the dead. That's how we get baptised." I nodded. This all seemed like something from a book.

"I went against his rules Kevin. I didn't want to use my magic for dark purposes. I didn't write my name in the book at my sixteenth birthday. And the dark lord was mad. My family is one of the most powerful family's that exist. So as revenge the Dark Lord destroyed my old town with hellfire. Kinda ironic cause the town was named 'risen by fire' in Latin because of the myth that my family was born from the fire."

I just sat there. I didn't know what to say. I just nodded.  "Our whole town is just ashes now. That's why my family came here in Riverdale. I've been using magic to hide my presence. But it's hard Kevin. The dark lord has cursed me.  If I ever find my soulmate he is gonna be linked to my magic. And if my soulmate dies I lose my magical abilities. That's why he is gonna make sure to kill my soulmate."

I stood up and grabbed Ashton's hand. "Am i your soulmate ?" I asked him. He bit his lip and nodded. "Yes Kevin you are."

I just stared at him not knowing what to say. "I've been seeing you in my dreams from since I was was fourteen Kevin. And I was so shocked when you bumped into me that day. I couldn't believe that i finally met you." He paused for a little.

"But i didn't want us to be together, not because i don't like you, i just don't want anything to happen with you. And its not because i care about my powers. Fuck my powers , i never wanted them anyway."

"Can i talk now?" I asked. Ashton nodded. "Look Ash. I don't care if you are a warlick or how do you say that or a witch. It doesn't define you as a person." I walked closer to him. "The dark lord can kiss my ass. I want to take the risk." I said pulling my face closer to his.

"Kevin , you dont under-" "don't tell me i do not understand Ashton. I understand and i don't care. I fucking like you Ash." I said i started French kissing him. First Ashton tried to pull away but he gave up and started kissing me back. I pushed him on the sofa and sat on his lap and started kissing him again.

He started kissing my neck and i moaned slightly. I don't care about what the devil or who he is wants. I want Ashton and ill do anything to be his. "I want to be your secret." I said. Ashton stopped kissing me.

"Kevin... You had been a secret long enough when you were in a relationship with Moose. I don't want you to go through that again." I looked at him confused. "I've never talked to you about Moose..."

"Oh yeah i forgot." Ashton said. He puted his hand on my forhead. Suddenly flashbacks started coming. Me and him standing infront of a fire. Me throwing things in the can with the orange flames. Me sitting in his car while driving towards the farm. "I knew something was missing that day!" I exclaimed.

"Im sorry , i just thought that it would be better if you didn't remember that."  Ashton admitted. "You erased my memory?" I asked him. "Kind of i mean the spell made your parents think that you was with them the whole day. And you just didn't remeber anything."

"Well you didn't do a good job." I smirked. "I remembered going in your car and then Sierra was saying that she took me home from school. I knew something was going on!"

"Are you mad?" He asked me. I shook my head. "Im not. But don't you dare ever delete my memory again." Ashton chuckled. "I can't do that anymore. Since we have kissed i can't erase anything from you. I mean i tried when i told you to forget about the kiss. But it didn't work." He smiled weakily. "Hmmmm well thanks for being honest."

I looked a little around the room. "Anyways what is this place ? And since when is there a door behind the vending machine?" I asked curiously.

"The door has been there for centuries Kevin. Normal humans can't see it." He admitted. "Why can i see it now?" I asked. He looked a little inside my eyes. "I think our kiss passed some things of me to you." He said.

I immedeatly got out of his lap. I made a karate movement with my hand in the air and screamed "fireball." Ashton started laughing his ass of. I looked to my hands. "I think my batteries are broken. Can i lean yours?" I looked to the boy that was still laughing. "Kevin... That's not the way it works. And i doubt that you can do  that kind of stuff."

I sighed. "I want to have magic to." He stood up and grabbed my hands. "You are better without it."

I looked at our hands and i grabbed his tighter. "I don't mind if we are a secret. Hell i don't mind just dating. Who gives a fuck about the dark lord. I believe that you can save me Ash."

"Kevin. I would never forgive myself if anything happend to you." I stopped him by giving him a kiss. "We can take things slow okay?" I asked. He looked away and just nodded. I smiled.

Little did i know what i was getting myself into.

Flash Foward before summer Vacation.

"Kevin!" I heard Ashton yell. I looked around me. "Ashton? Where are you?" I asked. It was dark and i was in this weird place. It kept changing. The wall infornt of me opened revealing another hallway. If you could call it a hallway cause we weren't inside. Above me was the starry sky.

"Im going to get you out of here Kevin please stay where you are!" I heard Ashton yell again. I saw a dark shadow coming closer to me. "Ashton, something is coming." I started coming closer faster. I started backing off slowly. It looked like a beast that could walk like a human.  "Kevin, RUN!" Ashton yelled.

I didn't think twice and i started running as fast as i could away from the thing that was after.
