Chapter 11: Apologies Are Always Accepted.

One week had passed by from that moment with me and Ashton and since then we have been secretly meeting up. I don't know if we are dating but we have shared some intense moments throughout some of our meetings. But when other people where around we didn't interact.

In fact we made people think that we had a fight about what happened at the party. Mostly so that Andriano would believe that. I don't know if he believed it cause there were a lot of times that I thought that he was following me.

Ashton's kiss passed some things to me. Like i can see things that aren't noticeable for humans. I mean I found the door that leads to the secret passage. And now I can see the scar on Andriano his arm. When Andriano was fourteen he got into a fight with another warlock. Ashton didn't explain to me but the other warlock cursed Andriano his arm and it will have that burn scar till he becomes twenty.

It was past three , school was over. I was in the students lounge studying while most of the students were going home. I started taking some notes when Veronica walked in the students lounge. She took a deep breath.

"Hey Kevin. Can we talk?" She asked to me while looking unsure. I closed my book and looked up to her. I nodded and make a sign with my hand that she could sit across me.

"I wanted to apologize." She started. "A few weeks ago I was pretty rude to you. But that's not the reason why I'm apologizing. I'm sorry that I wasn't there for you when you needed a friend. You've always been there for me and it's unfair that I wasn't there for you. You have every right to be mad at me." Some tears fell out of her eyes. She was truly sorry. "I miss you Kevin."

I stood up and sat next to her. I gave her a tight hug. "It's okay Veronica. Everything is alright." I putted my face in her hair as I hugged her. She smelled like Roses. Veronica always puts on those beautiful colonges.

She wiped her tears away. "I think i should get going now. I have a fight to give with Daddy and Hermosa."  I gave her a confused look. "Hermosa?"

She nodded. She tried to smile but she teared up again. "My dad has a daughter. And he never told me about it..." she looked towards the bookshelf avoiding eye contact. I putted my hand on her shoulder. "Im sure you are still his favorite." I told her.

She chuckled. "Oh Kevin, i don't care about being his favorite." She stood up with a smirk. "Im gonna destroy him and her before they both can say papí"

She grabbed her bag , she greeted me and left. She must be going though a lot. I finished my homework and left the school. I wanted to meet with Ashton today but he had some family business.

When i arrived home i was greeted by Josie that was reading this magazine about celebrities. "Hey Kev, want to watch a movie?" She asked as i walked in.

"Sure, im done studying anyways." We went to the TV and she putted The Maze Runner on. Halfway through the movie i fell asleep and some popcorn fell on me.

Ashtons POV

I was reading a book in my room while sitting next to the window. The sky had gotten darker and was slowly starting to rain.  A knock on my door distracted me from my reading.

"Can i come in?" I heard my sister her voice Ariana. "Or are you naked?" I chuckled. "You can come in." She opened the door revealing herself.

"Did you dye your hair again?" I asked while staring at her silver like the moonlight hair. "Yes i did." She smiled and sat next to me. "Ik know that Mama told me not to but its my hair so i do what i want." I smiled. "You are fifteen!" I said. "So and ? You are seventeen. You just don't act like it yet."

I looked outside my window. "Im mature enough."
She chuckled. "Yeah and that's why you are not following Papa his orders." She said. I looked towards her. "What do you mean?" I asked her.

"I know that you and that boy you like are together." She said. I almost chocked on my own spit. "That's not true." I said quickly standing up. She stands up too and went in front of me.  "Don't lie to me. Im your sister! And you should find a new secret spot."

I looked towards her confused. "What is that supposed to mean." I asked. "That means that Wednesday i was studying in piece in our secret library until out of nowhere you guys came in while making out."

"Wait you were there?" I asked embarrassed. She smirked "I was indeed and i stayed there for like an hour while you guys were making out and none of you noticed me. But don't worry i left when things started getting more intense."

My face got red. How did we not notice her. "Have you told anyone?" I asked worried. She shook her head. "Nope and im not planing too. But i want a reward for keeping my mouth shut." She smirked.

I sighed and looked into her eyes. "Fine. What do you want?" I asked crossing my arms. "One hundred dollars. My fave band is coming in town and i want to buy VIP tickets." I looked at her with my really now? Face.

"You are kidding right? And why a VIP ticket? You are not an important person no offense." She laughed. "VIP tickets are for people that want to meet the band members you dumb gay boy."

"Im not Gay Ari. Im pansexual." I sighed. "We been knew Alejandro. Sometimes i feel like im the only straight person in this family. Since all the warlocks are pansexual."

"Correction almost all the warlocks. Dad isn't pansexual. He is pretty much straight like you." She nodded and looked in my eyes. "Okay enough talking about sexuality's. Give me my money." I rolled my eyes. I grabbed a book from my bookshelf that was actually a box that looked like a book.

I gave her the money and putted it back on my shelf. She jumped up and down excited. "Thanks Alejandro, i love you." She gave me a kiss on the cheek and left my room.

I grabbed my book and and sat again next to the window. To my surprise there was now a pic inside my book. It was a pic of me and Kevin kissing. I turned the pic around and saw that there was something written on it.

You guys are cute and i hope you will stay together for a long time. XO- Ari.

I smiled and looked back at the picture. I started feeling funny and alive seeing me kiss Kevin. God i think that boy has stolen my heart.

Hi sorry i know this chapter was a little boring but i wanted to update.

First of all thank you all so much for the 1K reads! Thats insane. Thanks to everyone that has been reading, voting and commenting on this fic. I promise ill start updating more regularly i just need to make a time line for the ideas i have.

Second. We finally met Ariana , Ashtons younger sister. She is one of my favorite characters even though she won't appear that much.
